Shared kitchen, no window

I was surprised to see that there was no window in the room. Dark, old, and the sheets, towels were also old. You could not see if the sheets were changed or not. The shock was the kitchen, only one, shared with every one. Hotels.com should make it very clear to customers.

comfy rooms but poor service

The room itself was so nice, bed was so comfy and the location was OK. The Daily room keeping however was a joke. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast was also poor, the stocks were not replenished for the 3 morning we were there so on our last morning only one of us could have a juice and one of us had to have the dregs of cereal because there was literally nothing to eat!

Il est specifié parking gratuit: c'est dans la rue mal fréquentée du bas où il n'y pas de place et de nombreuses personnes ( escrocs) nous proposaient de leur donner de l'argent pour se garer sur des places... J'ai demandé à L'hôte où était le parking gratuit, il a sourit et dit " dans la rue" sans plus d'aide de sa part. Nous avons mis près d'une heure à trouver un emplacement pour se garer, payant au bord du port, 20 euros pour rester jusqu'au lendemain. Après avoir transporté nos valises dans les rues de Naples jusqu'à l'hôtel, autre surprise l'ascenseur de l'immeuble est payant avec des pièces de 20 centimes. Chose non prévisible et non indiquée par l'hôte, nous avons donc dû monter les 3 étages à pied avec nos valises. Chambres sans fenêtres extérieurs, une fenêtre donnant sur la cuisine n'avait de volet. Très mal isolé on entendait tous les autres clients. Petit déjeuner en libre service avec des vieux fruit et des produits emballés sans saveur Seul la décoration est sympa A éviter

Affordable at a nice location

In general i was happy with my stay. Very friendly staff and the location was very nice. Basic in a good way and very affordable. Would stay there again but then choose one of the bigger two bed rooms.

Petit havre tranquille et spacieux.excellent accueil de christian le logeur qui prend soin de vous expliquer ce que vous devez voir à Naples. Petit drjeuner en libre service a volonté et possibilité de se rafraîchir et restaurer en cours de journée le tout dans un joli decor. Petit hic pas de beurre mais il y a une epicerie en bas de l immeuble .l emplacement est fabuleux avec métro et bus à 50m .

친절한 주인,카프리가기에도 인접한 교통시설,그러나 자가용으로 찾아가기 복잡한 주변교통. 주차문제해결이 시급하고 엘리베이트도 유료로 움직일 뿐만 아니라 돈만 먹고 움직이지도 않아 힘들었다.

Would absolutely stay here again! Amazing!

I absolutely fell in love with Naples during my stay, and this is a great location to walk to everything. The B&B is decorated beautifully and kept very clean. We didn't see any staff after initial check in but it didn't bother us. Safe parking next door (€15 per day) with some helpful locals who gave lots of top tips which is especially important in Naples with the reputations of some areas.

Non sono riuscita a soggiornare.

Purtroppo non sono riuscita a soggiornare. Il tel presente sul sitio di hotel.com è il tel di il comune di Napoli non del b&b. Arrivata sul posto non c'era nessuno e non mi ha risposto nessuno sul cell iscritto sulla porta. Ho perso i soldi e dovuto soggiornare da un'altra parte. Palazzo in cattive condizioni. Lavori in corso all'ingresso. Un disastro

Excellent location, charming, quiet and clean B&B

We had an excellent stay in this B&B. We arrived early in the morning by boat from Palermo and the B&B was closed when we got there. I should have given the hostess our arrival information and it would have worked out better – my bad. Napul’art is in the 3rd (?) floor, and entering the building we did not get the highest expectations. But the B&B is bright and charming. We had a big room with two double beds, air condition and bathroom and it worked out great for our family. The hostess is super friendly, speaks English and was very willing to help us out with everything we needed. We could get coffee whenever we needed, and we had a small breakfast there every morning with yoghurt and cereals. The location is absolutely excellent for exploring Napoli. The Metro is less than 100 m down the street, the historic centre is just around the corner and we could easily walk there from the port. I would like to go back, both to the city and the B&B!

B&B acceuillant dans le centre historique

Ce B&B a une localisation avantageuse: à 15-20min à pied de la gare centrale et du port pour prendre les navettes directions les iles (Capri,...), et situé dans le centre historique. Le lieu était propre, agréable, avec une jolie vue et bien équipé. Le seul souci pour notre chambre était l'absence de salle de bain-toilette dans la chambre.
