Location was good and staff friendly and helpful. Shower wasn’t great, kept falling off the wall. Also, handle on bathroom door kept coming off.

Hidden gem!

Great location next to the Napoli Central train station and Hop-on hop-off bus @ Stop#10. We had trouble finding the entrance. Luckily, there was a delivery person who helped us and called the contact number for us. I responded to an email asking for our arrival time, so I was disappointed that we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for someone to check us in after my ETA. A picture of the entrance/main door would be helpful to other travelers. There are lots of vendors along Garibaldi. The room is on the 5th floor. The elevator is very small. There is a gate and a door that are keyed entrances in order to access the room. The room is exactly as the picture. The view of the city was nice. Bed was comfortable and room was big and clean. Breakfast is a croissant and beverage. It is a hassle to go in/out of your room but, for the 2 days we were in Naples, it was a nice, convenient place to stay at. Thank you.
