Perfect location right in the center but also quietly tucked away up on the roof which has a huge terrace and fantastic views. Room was huge with a private kitchen and bathroom. A little dated but had a nice charm to it. I will deffo stay there again when I come back to Napoli.

Pretty nice room overall, the hot tub did not work for me, and the AC worked but it didn’t cool the room down like most AC’s do. I was still pretty hot. Getting to and from the room was kind of a long process, but the staff were nice and the place was very clean. Overall, i’d recommend this place to other people but it does lack the things in the amenities that I was looking for.

Great location. Helpful staff and very clean rooms. One thing I would suggest, is to allow the elevator to go to ground level without the acces key. The reason is that the last day we leave the key in the office and there is no way to take the elevator without the elevator access key. Makes it pretty hard with language to go down 5 floors. 100% recommended this hotel.

This is a great place to stay and fully experience Naples. The location is great - in the heart of historical center and well maintained. Communication was very good. Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival. The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall it was perfect for sightseeing, getting around Naples, and immersing yourself in the local culture.

Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good! The first day of our arrival that hotel told us, after we reached them, that there is a problem with the room and they transferred us to an apartment that had no WiFi, no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door! The next day we checked in at the hotel yet we were informed that there is no daily houskeeping if the stay is less than 3 nights, and that was not announced on hotels.com! The area is a little shady but still central and close to everything and the lady at the hotel was very helpful despite the problems faced

Bad service

The bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times. Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

La habitación muy cómoda y suficientemente grande. Limpia y ordenada. El personal muy atento. La ubicación es genial, afuera está la vida de Nápoles: muchos comercios, bares, restaurantes y puntos de interés, como el Duomo y Nápoles subterráneo. El desayuno no es suficiente, hay que desayunar afuera.

El local está muy bien situado en el centro de Nápoles. La habitación era preciosa, con cocina aunque finalmente no la utilicé, y muy amplia. El dueño del alojamiento era amable. El desayuno abundante, lo ponían por las mañanas en la taquilla de tu habitación. Calidad-precio aceptable, lo recomiendo.

Jeg kan godt anbefale dette B&B. Lokationen var i top og prisen for opholdet var ganske fin. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Det eneste minus er at man kunne høre de andre gæster fra deres værelser og ikke alle var gode til at tage hensyn til hinanden. Jeg var godt tilfreds og kunne bestemt godt booke samme B&B hvis turen skulle gå til Napoli igen 😀

el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo y agradable. debido a las altas temperaturas en napoles, no pudimos hacer uso de la terraza ni por la noche. la mesa que se ve en la foto tiene un mantel bastante sucio que habría que limpiar o retirar. como unico aspecto no positivo está que no teniamos el dinero justo de las tasas municipales y quedó en devolvernos el dinero, hasta la fecha no lo ha hecho, era muy poco dinero, pero por esa razon es mejor quedar bien y gestionar la devolución.
