We all had bunkers- it was like having a slumber party and was kind of unique and fun. The best thing about this place is the location next to metro and all the meeting places for excursions. Just a few minutes to walk there. It was awesome this place had laundry and gym. Would recommend if you are just doing excursions from Naples. Not a location that is lively to roam streets though.

The room was fine and the staff was friendly. It was convenient for our travel needs of visiting places near Naples (e.g., the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii). The rooms are trying a bit too hard to be hip and trendy.The area of Naples the hotel is in was surprisingly dirty, even given the reputation of the city for its trash issue. If I were going to be spending more time in Naples itself, I might find a different neighborhood, even if the hotel itself was nice.

We had a lovely stay. Room was excellent, it was a pity the weather was not so great so we did not use the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the train station. Bar is nice.

Great city hotel

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, staff were really friendly and really helpful. The location was excellent as literally a 5 minute walk to main train station. The surrounding area was abusy one but really good noise reduction ince in the room.

We were blown away at the service this hotel provided! The staff was amazing from front desk, food/breakfast area, cleaning crew to getting help with where to go and how to get there!!!! Do wish the bar was open......or at least opens in the future. Room clean and sufficient for our stay!

The beds have curtains that gives you full privacy. Probably the best solution, providing the most privacy, that I have experiences at hostels in Italy. Lockable cabinets on the room (bring your own lock). Good capacity toilets/showers on each room. Practical location, literally 2 mins from the train station. The place is new, so obviously in good condition, clean and all that. Will stay here again for sure.

NO TV. Except for slamming doors and a maze to get to room, this hotel was pretty nice. Buffet breakfast was a disappointment as it wasn't ready at 6:30. The staff were excellent and eager to assist.

It was sufficient. Ask for a bottom bunk unless you're young and lithe. You will have to make the bed yourself out of the provided bedding. Good view of Vesuvius. Two bathrooms in the room with showers in each. Shampoo provided in the dispenser. Bunks have curtains which do.not.cover the full length, lights, and power outlets. Lockers adjacent to the room, you need to provide your own lock. The location is excellent, very close to the central train station, shopping, and food. Luggage storage was great and convenient. I can't speak to the other listed amenities, as they weren't available. I was told the day room was closed. The office space looked like it was still being renovated and had no desks or furniture. There was no kitchen available, no lounge, no game room. I did see the gym in the basement. The hostel appears to be an addition to student housing or dorms. The setup appears to be geared to them rather than the hostel guests. I would stay again, due to the convenient location and cheap cost; however, I would look for other options first. This would not be my first pick again.

Perfect location not far from the train station. We used the hotel as a hub for visiting Naples, Pompei and Sorrento. Hotel was excellent, breakfast was great would highly recommend booking this as there was a lot of choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There is an excellent gym that is has a lot of amenities which was also great for us. 10/10

This property is excellent, actually is the best of the best in the area that it’s situated. All amenities and all the staff is amazing 10/10. It’s just steps away from the Napoli CENTRALE Station which is the main reason we chose it. The only negative is the surrounding area in which is located which feels very unsafe, dirty and rundown.

Breakfast selection was very good for italian breakfast with sufficient fresh fruits. Location was absolutely fantastic with easy access to all trains, subways, buses, and taxis as well as major tourist points of interest. Building is relatively new so plenty of outlets. Hotel co-exists with student housing but the two are well separated so absolutely no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. Right in the middle of everything. next to the train station and walking distance to the Centro historical of Napoli. Very pleased! Will be back hopefully very soon!
