Great location, layout was good for a family with kids.
The room was very clean and with everything we needed. It's in a very central location at a walkable distance from all the main city attractions. The host is very friendly and helpful. He greeted us in person at check in and explained us all the main places to visit and best restaurants around. I highly recommend this accommodation.
My son and I stayed in a studio flat at Evaref house. The room is clean and spacious. The house is in a location that's very convenient for shopping, meals, and to explore the city. Luigi, the host, is very friendly, and efficient in communicating. We fully enjoyed our stay.
Very nice location and comfortable place. Our appartment had the amenities we needed, although for a female I would ask for a hairdryer for next time. The place was clean, spacious with a huge TV and channels for English speakers. Our host was very courteous, very responsive and helpful. Luigi was checking on us if we needed anything, sending some suggestions for places to see or where to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
Luigi was a great host. Room was spacious and well kept. Air conditioning was perfect. It’s a hole in the wall type B+B but in a superior location

Overall a good stay, but a lot of room for improvement.
Pros: unbeatable location, on the edge of the historic centre so great for visiting and being part of the atmosphere, but much quieter and less touristy than staying in the main streets. Also a great base for visiting other areas of the city. Very safe building, not a very inviting exterior but similar to the rest of Naples. Good communication with host during stay via WhatsApp. Comfortable bed (although just foam with mattress topper). A few minutes walk from two metro stations.
Cons: the accommodation needs work. Strange layout to our room with two doors to go through. Lots of old office furniture in the room, desks and chairs. No hairdryer in the room (though available to share in a common room). We had issues with the hot water throughout the stay, lasted max. 5 minutes and then would be cold, so always a cold shower for one of us. Reported to owner who said he would address it, but no change. A dog somewhere within the same building that barks day and night. Our room also looked into the parking/courtyard at the front, which made it noisy with people coming and going. Bathroom cleanliness not good.
With some work, this could be a great place to stay. As it is, I couldn’t recommend it currently.
At first glance, the entrance might look a little intimidating, but you quickly realize that old buildings in Naples often have this same historic style. Soon you feel that it’s actually a very safe place—especially if you’re traveling with kids. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you might need. Even though you’re right in the heart of a lively city, the place itself is very quiet.
The host, Luigi, is wonderful—kind, understanding, and always ready to help with tips and suggestions for things to do in Naples and the surrounding area.
The location is excellent if you enjoy exploring on foot. It’s only a few minutes from the Spanish Quarter, Toledo Street, and many great restaurants and cafés. It’s also easy to reach the port for boat trips to the nearby islands, and the main train station for traveling to Pompeii and Salerno, the gateway to the beautiful Amalfi Coast.
There are just a few small details that could be improved for longer stays, but nothing really worth mentioning.
I highly recommend this place.
Thank you, Luigi, for everything—we’ll definitely be back! :)
Pretendo voltar a Nápoles e me hospedar na casa do Luigi outra vez! Espero que todos que vão pra lá, cuidem como se fosse sua casa! Obrigado obrigado obrigado!
Consigliatissimo
