Since it is inside the old town, it was so convenient and easy to enjoy many treasures in the old town. You need to walk a bit after you get off from a taxi, but a short walk.

Amazing accommodations in the heart of Naples

This property was fantastic! The rooms are huge and check in and out were seamless and flawless. The service is amazing! I definitely highly recommend and cannot wait to book another stay here. Also, Eugenio was a pleasure and always very accessible.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip through Italy, and Naples stood out as our favourite destination - Eugenio's warmth and enthusiasm played a great part in this.

Nice tourist apartment in a fantastic location

Positives: - Great location in the Old Town - Very clean and room was made up daily - Huge bathroom! - Great air con - Able to leave bags at property til our flight on day of check out Negatives: - Communication was very delayed to organise arrival (messaged while we were in the airport, waiting for our flight). Messages go unanswered until day of check in. - Luckily we avoided this (just!) but there is a €15 surcharge if you don’t arrive for check-in before 20:30pm - Would have preferred an in-house breakfast but instead you take a voucher to a nearby café. It’s still a nice breakfast but just our preference to stay in-house with multiple choices. - Pillows were very flat and didn’t offer support for the neck - Reception bathroom was out of order on day of check-out. Not essential but we weren’t able to freshen up before our flight and no solution offered.
