Our host Max was very informative and warm. He was so helpful with tips and directions and secured taxis for us numerous times. The property is located between two eating establishments, one is Cafe Napoli where we had breakfast every morning and the other is Nona Tittina where we had wonderful dinners. The view from the waterfront rooms is beautiful, with Vesuvius in the near distance.

My wife and I stayed at Gram Suites for our honeymoon. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the view from the junior suite room was absolutely stunning. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the helpful local recommendations. That said, the cleanliness of the room—particularly the bathroom—was disappointing. The shower didn’t drain properly, so we had to rinse, turn off the water to avoid flooding, soap up, and then turn it back on. There was also hair left behind from previous guests on the bathroom tiles, towels, and even the pillows, which made the space feel less clean than expected. We truly enjoyed our time in Naples and are grateful for the hospitality.
