We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back! The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming and family-friendly.
The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options every morning. We also really enjoyed the pool area, it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with family.
The only suggestions I would make are regarding the pool area. I know the space isn’t very large, but it would be nice to have a couple more umbrellas for additional shade, especially during the hottest hours of the day.
The other thing was the pool towels. Compared to another Hampton by Hilton we recently stayed at in the Florida Keys, there seemed to be a limited supply here. At times we had to wait for more towels to be restocked, which was a little inconvenient, especially for larger families. We also noticed that a few of the towels were quite worn and had small holes, so replacing some of them would make the experience even better.
Overall, these are very minor details. We truly enjoyed our stay, had a great time, and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.
