Close to historic downtown and train station. Friendly and nice staff. Nice room, good AC, just needs to replace the mattress, it was way too hard. Overall a good hotel.

Nice place to stay in Napoli

Mario is a great host and make sure we enjoy the city. The place is warm and clean. We like the common area to mingle and make coffee on our own. Recommended!

Great shape, great value

Great budget hotel that doesn’t feel “budget” at all. Rooms and furnishings are in perfect shape with super functional aircon. Breakfast very simple but good. Excellent safe and convenient location just outside the busiest central district but easy walking distance to many sites and the metro/train.

Very clean. Great location and helpful staff

Very happy with the accommodation. The staff were fantastic. They were keen to help with whatever you needed. Rooms and kitchen were spotlessly clean. Fresh,still warm from the oven pastries daily. Location is perfect. The bus to the airport is a 3min walk and all the must sees are a short walk. Would definitely stay again.

The property is a 15 minute walk from Naples central train station. The interior has been totally renovated with lovely rooms, a breakfast room, a kitchenette with all the amenities for a breakfast and a reception area. The hosts, Mario & Antonio, were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

This property is a great place to stay. We couldn't have asked for warmer or more welcoming hosts. They provided lots of information on where to visit, places to eat and how to get around Naples. The room itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. Large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Great location for exploring Naples; both on foot or via nearby public transport. Highly recommended.

Everything you could ask for

Hermes was a clean, quiet and friendly oasis right on the edge of the historic city center. Everything inside was modern and looked brand new. The room A/C was fast and powerful, and the ultra-wide shower plate was luxurious. But even better than the room were the hosts, Mario and Antonio. They offered refreshments every time we walked in the door, made our coffee just the way we like it each morning, and helped us get our bearings around the city. They explained the metro, bus & taxis, and in the end arranged our airport transfer (for a large family) within minutes. 5 stars plus!

Særdeles hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening, og fin beliggenhet. Badet var rimelig godt oppusset, men veldig lite. Det rommet vi fikk var veldig lite, knapt plass til kofferten, og vi syntes sengen var altfor hard. Men AC fungerte fint. Frokost inkludert, meget enkel men hyggelig service.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Antonio, perfekt informiert schon im Vorraus & drinnen eine wahre Oase in dieser lauten & leider sehr schmutzigen Stadt! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber & genügend gross für uns 5! Das Bad liebten die Kids wegen der Sprudelwanne & das Frühstück war ebenfalls toll! Antonio gab uns Tipps zur Stadt & Restaurants & was wir davon sahen, probierten, war top! Sehr kinderlieb & grosszügig erlebten wir Antonio, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
