Centrale, pulito, di stile

Ottimo hotel a due passi dalla metro Università, in zona centralissima. Camera spaziosa e confortevole con bagno ampio e pulito. Buon set di asciugami. Modesta la colazione. Prezzo buono anche se pagato con una notte sconto di hotels.com. Ci ritorneremo quando capiterà.

Hotel confortable et très bien situé.

Hotel très confortable pour un 3 étoiles , très bien situé, centré sur presque tout, et très propre ! Le petit déjeuner et peu varié mais très bon. Très jolie décoration. Je recommande sans hésiter.

שהות נעימה ועונה על הציפיות.

הגענו עם רכב לנאפולי, המלון נמצא בקרבת חניון, כך שהיה מאוד נח. קבלת הפנים הייתה נעימה, הלינו אותנו בחלק השני של המלון ולא בחלק שבו נמצאת הקבלה (מרחק הליכה בינהם). לאחר הצ׳ק אין וההסברים על העיר נאפולי כולל קבלת המלצות על אטרקציות בעיר, הסיעו אותנו לחדר שלנו שהיה גדול וכלל מרפסת, מזגן חדש ומסך טלויזיה גדול. החדר שישנו בו היה ממש על רחוב ראשי (קורסו אומברטו) כך שהיה מה לעשות על הרחוב והיה קל להגיע ממנו לכל מקום אחר בנאפולי. ארוחת הבוקר במלון כללה מאפים וממרחים, ללא ביצים וגבינות. לאורך כל השהות במלון המים המינרלים, הסודה והאספרסו ניתנו לנו בחינם. לא היה שירות של ניקיון החדר והחלפת מצעים לאחר הלילה וזה היה קצת מבאס. סה״כ תמורה מלאה לכסף ואחלה של מלון ביחס לדירוג 3 כוכבים.

Enttäuschend

Wir hatten uns von den Bildern blenden lassen. Die Realität sieht anders aus: Das Zimmer war schmutzig, die Dusche eine Katastrophe, Schimmel überall, die Armaturen lose und genau wie die Fliesen total verkalkt. Das Hotel bewertet jeden Gast als Erwachsenen (so konnte man es in der Beschreibung lesen). Ja, vielleicht bei den Kosten, nur leider nicht bei den Betten: Das dritte Bett war ein klappriges Gästebett (klappbar), das bei jeder Bewegung droht zusammenzubrechen (was auch mehrmals passiert ist). Es gab nicht eine einzige Möglichkeit, Kleidung zu vestauen, außer einer Kleiderstange keinerlei Schrank. Man muss also de facto aus dem Koffer leben. Furchtbar! Eine Frechheit war das Frühstück im "Annex Building": Morgens kam eine Angestellte und schloß ein kleines Zimmer auf, in dem sich eine kleine Küche befand. Dort wurden dann aufgewärmte Süßigkeiten (also Hörnchen etc., wie in Italien üblich), drei verschiedene Säfte, sowie drei Sorten Frühstücksflocken angeboten. Kaffe gab es aus der Pad-Maschine. Auf einem Tablett ging es dann damit ins Zimmer, wo man dann frühstücken sollte. No way, das geht garnicht! Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine enttäuschende Leistung. Zum Glück wohnten wir aber nicht im Hauptgebäude, denn die Straße ist grausig, da liegt das ausgelagerte Gebäude (auch wenn es an der Hauptstraße liegt) irgendwie angenehmer. Ach ja, das Bett ist super weich und nicht in der Waage, das heißt man schläft mit dem Kopf unterhalb der Beine. Garnicht gut ....

Rummet låg 300 meter bort från receptionen dock fick vi skjuts dit, fin byggnad som ligger på huvudgatan, enkelt att ta sig runt och mycket trevlig personal!

Disasterous experience.

The address information provided on the hotels.com website was completely inaccurate. We were taken by car from the hotel booked on line to a new location, 15 minutes away. We were never given the address of this new location and there was no one on site to talk with. Hotel.com could not provide me with an address after an hour on the chat line. We had to find our way back to the original location to get the information. (Note, to take the elevator, we had to put money into a machine.) The room was in disrepair - there was no toilet seat, the bathroom had a hole in the wall, the bathroom door knob did not turn and locked us inside. In addition, the bed squeaked with every move and kept up us at night. Breakfast was given to us on a tray which we had to eat on the bed - no chairs provided - making a crumb filled sleeping experience. While the sunday morning breakfast was as expected, our other breakfasts were quite poor including a cappacino which consisted on a 3/4 of a cup cold milk and 1/4 cup cold coffee. Of course, no one could speak English. Hotels.com and the hotel took my money and gave me the triple annex which was a below par experience, certainly lower than the listed stars for the hotel. I feel like I was lied to and blame both hotels.com and the hotel for the inaccuracies.

hotel bien situé et personnel très sympathique ( surtout Arta qui nous a servi le petit dej !), mais le quartier est très bruyant, boules quies indispensables! la SdB privée était en fait sur le palier et cela n'était pas mentionné lors de la réservation. le petit déj est en fait 3 petits gâteaux sucrés avec une boisson chaude, pas suffisant à notre gout. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour, mais dommage de ne pas avoir les infos sur le bruit et la salle de bain avant de réserver...

Bel appartement sécurisé dans belle résidence

Nuit agréable dans cet appartement, qui est en réalité une annexe de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir si nous revenons à Naples.

Perfect for a young couple

It was a great stay, hotel staff was very helpful and considerate. Helped us out with every single one of our needs. Room was perfectly set up, the bed could be a little more comfortable but was quite large. The fridge stayed stocked the entire trip and I felt very safe here. About a 10 minute walk to the ferry and seconds away from great italian food.

Bra om man letar rum för vidare resa

Vi var där enbart för att åka vidare dagen efter. Vi var ute efter något fräscht och tryggt och nära hamnen, full pott på allt. Såååå trevlig frukostvärd. Förvirrad men snäll man vid repan som tog dubbelt betalt vilket var drygt och störigt att behöva ordna upp. Men stället tjänade syftet.

Worst hustlers ever

Hotelpersonalet var nogle hustlere. Vi bestilte "parkeringsservice" fra hotellet, hvilket de sagde betød, at de låste vores bil inde i en garage. Hvad de glemte at fortælle var, at det i virkeligheden betød, at valet-manden kørte hjem i vores bil uden at spørge og brugte den til at komme på arbejde næste morgen. Samtidig kunne vi ikke få vores bil da vi skulle bruge den (kl. 8), da alle receptionen først åbnede kl 9, så vi måtte stå og vente en time på vores bil. Da de kom med bilen, lavede de en ordenlig ridse i den. De mente ikke, at der var nogen problemer i det. De sagde, at de kunne lave ridsen ved lige at køre med den en halv time - "vi gør dette hele tiden, mange gange om dagen" sagde receptionisten. Vores bil var væk i mere end halvanden time, og var i øvrigt ikke lavet ordenligt, så ridsen var stadig mere end synlig. Vi kom først derfra kl. 11 og var sekunder fra at misse vores fly hjem. Hotellet kan på ingen måde anbefales.
