The staff is great, they were always available but also gave you your privacy. There were a few issues like slow drainage in the shared bathroom and the ac in my room towards the end needed the filter changed, but if I had any issues the staff addressed it. I didn't think the place was hard to find; there are 2 entrances, one after back street and the other on a busy main street; if you have a car you'd most like have to park in the back street. You just have to ring a buzzer to get in and the staff comes and lets you in regardless of the time of day or not. The cleaning team works really hard, but they don't have do not disturb signs like in some other countries, so you have to let staff know if you need anything. It is very central to piaza garibaldi, all rooms have a TV and there are rooms without bathroom that are more affordable but you use a shared bathroom and shower in the hall. Overall, staying here was a relief compared to some of the other places I visited in Naples beforehand. Staff cleans between 9 -12, around those times, and they don't enforce any kind of cleaning lockout like some places do in the area, which is important because of the extreme summer heat. Overall, the team was great and I felt they were very charming. I had a calm stay at this location. I felt it was the real charm of Naples and authentic.
