Overnight and close to airport.

Rooms were clean and was all we needed for a nights stay near the airport. Staff could have been more amicable and helpful. Maybe a language barrier or cultural thing but meh!

Hotel owner was extremely kind and even booked me a taxi for early in the morning to the airport for cheaper than it would have otherwise been. Small and affordable great place to stay if you need to go to the airport.

Arrived and check in counter could not find our reservation??? Young man was courteous, and found us a room with a gueen bed and a bunk bed! My grown son slept in the bunk bed! Other than that...there is on site parking and a great pizza restaurant nearby. We had to make an early flight and breakfast began after we left. Nice that there is someone at desk 24/7.

Hotel was in the suburb of naples. Cost 40 euros

Boutique hotel. Had a Lounge area.Not much of a bar and a small area too eat breakfast. Receptionist didn’t speak much English so hard to tell us where to get something to eat or drink, as hotel hadn't got a restaurant. Corridors smelt of smoke. Room was basic, clean. Had a tv no english channels. Had a fridge. No tea/ coffee / water facilities. Not even any glasses/ cups if you had your own brinks. No balcony furniture had to use bedroom chair and stool. Balcony overlooked built up residential flats. Bed, pillows were comfortable. Lovely towels. As room wasn’t ready, went to look around area. Very disappointed. Residential area. Finally found a pizza takeout/restaurants and coffe bar plus a supermarket. Nothing else. Breakfast was very basic. Staff werevery friendly and tried to help. Hotel supplied taxi transfer to air port 10 euros cheaper then airport taxi Hotel good to use but be prepared there is nothing to do in the area.

Non fa per me. Peccato perchè l'arredamento alla reception fa pensare che sia carino. Il Wifi nella stanza non funzionava (come invece descritto). Il mini bar in camera non esiste, (c'è il mobiletto per il mini frigo ma è vuoto), devi mettere la tua bottiglietta in frigo nel ristorante e se hai sete di notte devi scendere. Alle 9 del mattino sono andata per fare collazione, ( qualche fettina di torta, qualche croissant e yogurt). ho aspettato un po per sapere cosa ci fosse dentro alle brioche ma nessuno è arrivato, su circa 10 tavoli non ce n'era uno libero dai piatti sporchi per sedermi e così sono andata a fare colazione al Vittoria, pochi passi dell'hotel. Da Expedia sinceramente non me lo aspettavo.

Troppe cose da migliorare

Diciamo che essere accolto da 4 ragazzi, tutti per carità cortesi ma nessuno con la mascherina non è il massimo. Anche tra loro zero distanziamento. Televisore con telecomando non funzionante, mi hanno dato il telecomando del condizionatore con le batterie scariche (bastava guardare il display) fatte cambiare ho avuto lo stesso problemi col condizionatore che perlopiù aveva il compressore che non si innescava. Mobilio vecchio e in cattive condizioni, odore di fumo in molti ambienti comuni, uno shampetto della fornitura era chiaramente riciclato (ce ne era la metà..) colazione davvero minimale.

On the website we booked two rooms but we got double room. We were insured on the website to get a shuttle to the airport, but at the reception they told us, we cannot get the shuttle, because we are too early. We booked the staying with the breakfast - again we did not get the breakfast because we left at 6am. Also there was free wifi advertised, but there was no info about the password... They were helpful about getting the taxi.

They double charged me

First the hotel doesn't make any sense because though it is relatively close to the airport a taxi ride from/to the airport costs 20 Euros each way (that's when the driver doesn't try to cheat you and charge 33 Euros as was my case). So it is more expensive than travelling by taxi from the center of Napoli... Though the hotel is quite modern all the furniture in the room is very cheap and makes a lot of noise when being opened and closed.

Un soggiorno accogliente

Molto accogliente con staff disponibili. Non funzionava il telecomando della tv e neanche l’asciugacapelli, ma hanno risolto subito. Eccellente per il parcheggio custodito. Aria condizionata silenziosa e ci l’hanno fatto trovare acceso per avere la camera fresca.

מלון ממש נחמד. חדרים נוחים ומרווחים. המזגן מצוין. יש מרפסת צמודה לחדר וזה נוח מאד במיוחד לאנשים שמעשנים ולא צריכים לרדת למטה במיוחד כדי לעשן. הצוות מאד חברותי ואדיב. המיקום נוח מאד כרבע שעה מנאפולי. חניה מסודרת בחינם. מקום אידיאלי למי שמגיע עם רכב שכור.
