noi siamo state lì per un concerto e la posizione del hotel è ottima, cinque minuti a piedi dal teatro palapartenope. Per quello che serve l’hotel è ottimo, ha anche la colazione incluse anche se non era proprio molto fornita ma aveva il minimo per una colazione giusta

Edificio antico, molto gradevole sia all’esterno che all’interno, possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio custodito ma comunque ben collegato visto che la metro di bagnoli dista pochi minuti a piedi. Personale molto simpatico e cordiale.

établissement très sombre. propreté laissant à désirer. lit pas confortable. Chambres mal insonorisées. Installations très vétustes (douche, toilettes, par douche). Linge de toilette et drap ne sont pas changés tous les jours. petit déjeuner médiocre et identique toute la semaine. Difficile de se faire comprendre avec le personnel qui ne parlait pas anglais.

Soggiorno comodo ma da migliorare

L’ hotel si trova in una posizione centrale e circondata da locali. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, nella stanza non è presente il condizionatore ma un ventilatore, per attivare quello abbiamo dovuto staccare la luce sul comodino, stessa cosa per caricare il telefono e un altro telefono lo abbiamo caricato in bagno. Letto comodo, le camere sono silenziose, non c’e L’ascensore, la tenda era rotta, in bagno il sapone era scarso, difficile poter far due docce, e la doccia era funzionante ma anche quella non del tutto integra, rubinetteria datata. Pulizia media. Buona la colazione, gentili le persone che ci hanno accolto. Per uno o due notti va bene, ma al momento in piena estate non mi sento di consigliare di più. Le basi ci sono ma qualcosa va migliorata!

Un po' deludente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel perchè l'unico disponibile nella data prescelta nei pressi della Mostra d'Oltremare per via del Comicon 2018. Il personale è accogliente e disponibile. La struttura, nel suo complesso, è un po' datata e gli interni dovrebbero esser resi più gradevoli ma questo fa parte del gusto personale. Nonostante la stanza fosse spaziosa, il pavimento era abbastanza traballante ed il letto molto scomodo. La sua ubicazione, con il balconcino sulla strada, non rendeva confortevole il riposo. Il bagno non mi è sembrato molto pulito...il soffione della doccia era ossidato. La stanza era sfornita di condizionatore ed il wifi era irraggiungibile, almeno dal secondo piano in su. L'hotel non è dotato di ascensore ma ha un piccolo parcheggio. La colazione è standard ma priva di salati. Nel complesso la struttura non mi sembra che meriti le tre stelle.

Hotel posizionato vicino al palapartenope. La struttura esternamente é molto carina. Le camere sono molto ampie e pulite, così come il bagno. Necessiterebbe però di un rinnovamento. Letti abbastanza vecchi e non molto stabili. Il lavandino non tirava bene. Lo staff invece è molto gentile e disponibile. I cornetti della colazione molto buoni.

Struttura in zona servita dai mezzi pubblici, non caotica, io ho avuto la fortuna di trovare la camera grandissima, i miei amici si sono accontentati di una camera standard; comunque molto pulite, e personale molto gentile, accogliente e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Un incumbo incompetente

Incredibile quello che mi è successo. Ma in vita mia!!!! All arrivo nonostante la prenotazione ci hanno trattato come dei ladri, non ne sapevano niente. L addetto alla reception ha avuto il coraggio di dire che il loro hotel non accetta prenotazioni online e che non ne sapevano nulla di hotels.com..... Solo dopo ben 2 chiamate all assistenza del sito che ha prontamente contattato la struttura hanno deiciso di darci una camera.... E che camera!!!! Inolte non hanno saputo effettuare l addebito sulla carta con cui ho effettuato la prenotazione ed ho dovuto utilizzare un ulteriore carta di credito per pagare il soggiorno PER FORTUNA DI UNA SOLA NOTTE!!!
