The gentleman at the reception met us at the door and he walked us in, and then was very courteous when he explained all of the good restaurants in the area and some of the historical areas that were walkable from the hotel. The location is close to a lot of good shopping and a lot of great restaurants. We did try his pizza recommendation and it was really good. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay at the location for one day, but we will definitely be back.
Our family of four stayed one night at IODIS RELAIS in Naples as a stopover between Rome and Sorrento, and it was a great choice for a short and convenient stay.
The location is ideal if you need quick access to Napoli Centrale, just a 10-minute walk, which made our travel logistics very easy. While the immediate area isn’t the most scenic part of Naples, we felt safe and appreciated being so close to the station for an early departure.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and recently renovated, modern, well-furnished, and very comfortable for a family. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The host Francesco was easily reachable via WhatsApp and responded promptly to all our questions, which made check-in smooth and stress-free.
Breakfast was included and served at a nearby café just steps away from the building, classic Italian pastries and coffee to start the day.
If you're looking for a clean, modern, and convenient place to stay near the train station in Naples, IODIS RELAIS is a solid option. It served our needs perfectly for a quick overnight and helped make our travel between cities much easier.
My recommendation is not to stay in this place. If you’re looking for a hotel. There is zero service and there is a very creepy, scary entrance and a very old creepy elevator. There’s no one to help you you sort of have to find the building by yourself and then walk through wood door and then somehow get through an iron gate. This is not an experience I recommend.
El lugar es bueno, entiendo que es una nueva modalidad de hospedaje muy práctica. Los alrededores y en general, el edificio donde está Iodis Relais no es lo más bello.
