Good Place to Stay

Naples right out of Napoli Centrale is quite rough. That being said, Jazz Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The sheets were nice the breakfast was wonderful, but the room needs painting.

The pros: -budget friendly -near train station -clean and tidy rooms -has essentials -fair price Negatives: -noisy and vandalized neighborhood -limited front-desk support -if the elevator doesn’t work, get ready to climb 4 flights of stairs -instructions sent to your phone

Hotel room was nice and conveniently near the train station but the check-in process was difficult and there was never any staff on hand to help. Upon reaching the hotel at the check-in time, the door was locked and after ringing multiple times and asking if someone could let us in I was told 'sorry, I can't'. What proceeded next was a cryptic whatsapp message giving us instructions to enter the building, only after we'd entered lots of information to confirm our identity. The hotel room, once allowed in there, was lovely, but the check-in process was very stressful.

Not safe not clean and scary

I came at night maybe around 00.00 - there was no body otel door was lock and i entered very scary building next to hotel and i am woman and i came solo- at the night i couldnt sleep because i couldt feel safe . İt was very awful
