Staff were so helpful, we got lost on the way they and they contacted us to make sure we were OK as we were late arriving. The lovely lady directed us right to the door. Check-in was easy. Room was lovely, very well presented and very clean. There was a good choice at breakfast. We were going on early excursions 2 mornings so they left us a breakfast bag the night before for both days. They even booked our airport taxi for us. We would 100% recommend The Fontanina Suites.

It’s a small boutique hotel that’s very clean and updated with attention to detail. They have a wonderful breakfast and the best coffee I had in our time in Italy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location to all the sites you’d want to see in Naples.

The room was lovely and spacious. The a/c was broken and we were told they had a mechanical problem. We were happy it was cooler weather on the 2nd day. Breakfast was to be included, but the buffet was not open on the first day, as the attendant was not feeling well. This is a great value, but keep in mind, it’s a small boutique property occupying one floor of a building. Prior to arriving, at times it took two days to get a reply from email. Overall, a nice room, close to coffee and shops, parking says “rare/available”, but it’s a garage around the corner for $35 e per night.

Overall room was great and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was a bit loud and distracting to fall asleep to. It was also dripping from condensation which also was a distraction. Pastries at breakfast were great and staff was there to make any drink requests you had.

The property is within an older building (as is most everything in Naples) but within is modernized and well maintained. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Recommend without reservation.

If you’re looking for near perfection in every way, this is your place. The room impeccable, the breakfast, absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing, the location dead center to everything. I highly recommend La Fontanina to everyone. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed worldwide.

It is an excellent hotel and I would stay there again. It is just outside the walls and next to Borghese park. The hotel is very well appointed with Artsy feeling. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms are a bit small but thats I would expect for a big city like Rome. The staff is super helpful and courteous
