We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mergellina. Great location, steps from public transportation, restaurants, the lungo mare. Very quiet hotel, no may rooms, quiet and wonderful staff. My only suggestion would be to have a better shower for space and water flow. I would strongly recommend Hotel Mergellina to anyone who wishes to spend a good time in Napoli and I will for sure go back there for my next trip.

Lovely hotel. We had a triple room, which was really big and beautifully decorated. Great welcome and wonderful breakfast. Perfectly located for getting around Naples. Mergellina station takes you straight to Naples central (which is walkable), Pompeii and Vesuvius. Highly recommended

The property is small and charming. Our room was also small (especially the shower stall), but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. There is a slight disagreement about check-out time. Expedia says 11:00 am; the proprietor says 10:30 am. Its very close to the Lungomare; we had a beutiful walk by Naples Bay.

Hotel Mergellina 5th - 8th Oct ...3 night stay

Check in was late but good as we were guided via phone to the hotel and shown our room on arrival. Hotel is rather dates but has everything you need. Comfortable bedroom and a food shower. Italian breakfast which was adequate for us. Very helpful and friendly staff. They booked a couple of taxis for us to centre and airport. Hotel a little bit out but we chose that knowing that its in close proximity to Metro and lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. Sea front within 5 mins walk. All in all good choice.

We loved our stay at mergellina. it was in a very good location. Close to the promenade and close to very good eating establishments. Mr. Onoracio was very funny and made us feel welcomed. Rosaria always had a smile when she made us cappuccino in the mornings. breakfast was a continental breakfast with cappuccino, cornetto, breads coffee, juice etc. will definitely stay here again!

A well priced hotel. I had a comfortable and large room - I slept well every night I was there. I’ve stayed here 3/4 times over the years and it’s perfectly placed for me. I run to Piazza Plebiscito and back again early. It’s cheap to get a taxi/uber into the centre and walking along the bay is beautiful at sunset.

Hotel bem localizado, de fácil acesso, com ônibus e metrô a uma pequena caminhada. Na própria rua há restaurantes, mercados. O hotel em si é pequeno, conta com apenas 8 quartos, mas os quartos tem boa estrutura, bom tamanho, com todas as comodidades (frigobar, ar, etc). Nosso único ponto para a reflexão é a dificuldade que o senhor que nos atendeu e a senhora que serve o café têm para se comunicar. Ainda que estejamos na Itália e devamos aprender o mínimo do idioma local, os anfitriões não falavam nem inglês nem espanhol e durante a nossa chegada tivemos dificuldade na comunicação, mas nos entendemos. E no café da manhã, apenas a Sra Rossi atendendo, há dificuldade do entendimento e organização. Entretanto, isso não desabona a estadia.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel dans lequel j'ai passé trois nuits difficiles. J'ai vraiment pensé à le quitter après la première nuit. Positif: la petite dame qui fait les chambres et le petit déjeuner. Très sympa. La proximité de la gare Mergelina et d'un supermarché. Proche du littoral. Négatif (beaucoup à dire): Impossible de dormir. Insonorisation 0/10: on entend tout. Les gens dans le couloir, les portes, la chasse d'eau des autres, le voisin qui se soulage ou se mouche, et aussi l'extérieur avec ses moteurs et klaxons. Propreté : première douche: le couvercle du siphon qui décolle et qui tourne (donc syphon bouché je suppose). Deux cafards apparus deux heures après la douche. La dernière chasse tirée avant le check-out qui coule le long du mur. Le petit déjeuner très limité, pas de pain le 3ème jour (c'est une constante italienne, les petits déjeuners ratés). J'ai montré des photos des cafards au personnel qui m'a informé que ce sera solutionné avec le siphon. Je n'ai plus vu de cafard les autres nuits mais le siphon n'a pas été débouché. Et pas de bac de douche. Douche au sol avec rideau. Je n'ai pas eu de geste commercial pour ces désagréments. Je conserve les photos et vidéos comme preuves.

Hotel bien placé, assez joli à l'intérieur, la chambre triple est confortable et la literie est très bien. L'accueil n'est pas à la hauteur de la chaleur napolitaine. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 3etoiles, peu abondant et de mauvaise qualité. Nous n'y retournerons certainement pas.
