This sweet and comfortably furnished 3 bedroom / 2 full bath cottage has it all! Open floor plan living/dining area/kitchen leads through sliding glass doors to a completely fenced in private lush tropical backyard paradise with large outdoor area for dining, lounging, swimming, and soaking in the spacious 7-person hot tub. Grill & dine al fresco on the backyard patio or enjoy the front screened-in lanai living area perfect for reading & relaxing.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steal appliances, drip coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, & kitchen essentials.

The Living Room/Dining Area houses a lux leather sofa to fit the whole family & 65-inch 4K UHD Smart Roku TV and a large farm table for 6+ guests to enjoy a meal or game night.

All bedrooms have 50-inch 4K UHD Smart Roku TVs, plush queen sized beds in guest rooms, a king sized bed in primary bedroom, and plenty of closet space. The Primary Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Guest Bathroom has a bath tub great for guests of all ages.

This home is fully furnished. Complimentary towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon are ready and waiting for your stay! Just add water!

The entire home is at your disposal. Centrally located this sweet home is just a 10 minute walk to downtown or the beach! Car rentals, Golf Cart rentals, Bike Rentals are within a few blocks. Just blocks away from NCH & Briggs Wellness Center.

Our home provides three free parking spaces: 1 in front of the screened-in lanai, and 2 additional parking spaces along our side yard.

1 complimentary beach parking spot is located 1/2 a block away from the sand on Gulf Shore Blvd.
