I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Napoli Square Suites. This little hotel within a mixed use building is tastefully designed. The host was extremely friendly and hospitable, ensuring that my stay would be a comfortable one.

We started our Italy vacation in Naples at the Napoli Squares Suites and were very pleased. The property was clean with good air conditioning. The staff was helpful and had even reached out to me right after the booking to share a lot of helpful information on getting there and communicating with them. The location was close to all the central historic sites and only about a 5 minute walk from a Metro station. We had a great view from our balcony and although the area was pretty busy the room was quiet. We were really pleased here.

Lovely stay in a great location in Naples. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. The sunny communal terrace is a great spot, as is the kitchen with coffee machine. As we were arriving late, we received detailed video instructions via WhatsApp on how to access the property. Staff were all very helpful! Although it is down a side street, it is very secure and we never felt unsafe in the area. I recommend Trattoria Fedele for dinner and Gennarino for gelato, both a few steps from the property. We also had a few fun nights at Shanti Art Musik Bar a short walk away!

This place was a real gem! The rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The shower had great water pressure and the hot water was plentiful. There was a mini fridge in the room, but there is also a communal kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and freezer. The shared rooftop patio was a great spot to relax and we met a few of the other guests and swap travel stories. Location was perfect for our needs - lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Napoli suites is clean, comfortable, and a simple accommodation in a great central location close to shopping, eateries, etc. The staff are helpful and the space is well maintained. The church bell outside the patio in the morning was delightful. A couple items to note: - Front desk is minimally staffed and check in time is after desk hours. Stay in communication and the staff will give self check in directions for self check in (we communicated through hotels and WhatsApp). - Location may be difficult if you have mobility needs (cobblestone roads, etc) however the hotel itself has a lift. - Location is not marked on the outside so follow the instructions from the staff (they sent me a couple of videos). Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would stay again!

What we liked was that staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming ( thanks Chiara:)) and the room was spacious and clean. The common area (kitchen) was very well maintained and clean and we had access to everything (including a machine distributing flat and fizzy water).The facility was well positioned and close to the historic center. What we didn’t like was that when we arrived, the first thing we saw in front of the building was overflowing garbage bins that stayed there for the 3 days of our stay! But we saw the same situation all over the city of Naples and I guess this is a systemic problem that is not specific to this facility. All in all, we liked this place and would recommend it happily:)

The Napoli square suites are lovely modern rooms. The area outside the property is not, its Naples after all. However, despite being just a few blocks from a busy street, and around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants, the rooms are quiet at night. We would stay again for sure.

We stayed at Napoli Squares from September 6th until September 11th. The place is strategically located almost in the historical centre, surrounded by beautiful old buildings — unfortunately many of them are covered in graffiti. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, offering all your favourites: pizzas, pastas, pastries, and more. It’s about a fifteen‑minute walk to the train and bus stations, and roughly twenty‑five minutes walk to the ferry terminal. The building itself feels secure, and the host is present from around 9 a.m. until about 2 p.m. Chiara helped us a lot as we arrived earlier way before the check in time and was pleasant to deal with. she also gave us a few good advises. You can communicate with the host via WhatsAPP The room is spacious, and the shower/toilet room is even larger. There is an air conditioner in the room, which is essential during the warm months. We had a private door leading directly to the roof patio, which is huge and equipped with chairs and loungers — perfect for a relaxed morning, evening, or even an afternoon nap. Naples itself is a very dirty city, with garbage scattered around and not cleaned daily. The smell can be unpleasant at times. You also need to stay aware of pick pocketing and some suspicious individuals. That said, the food and pastries are absolutely fantastic. the place kept very clean and tidy and you feel safe in it. Definitely will recommend it for your stay.
