Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Leider hatte ich probleme mit meiner Kreditkarte und wollte die Kaution Bar bezahlen. Ich musste 50 € mehr bezahlen weil ich keine andere Kreditkarte hatte. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr unhöflich und absolut nicht hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral aber trotzdem bisschen schwer zu finden.

Ci siamo accorti che qualcuno è entrato in stanza in orari serali dalla finestra perché la tende era incastrata fuori. Lavandino rotto, porte sporche, finestra senza lucchetto che affaccia su un balcone in comune con più stanze. Tutte cose segnalate in reception dove non hanno saputo darci soluzioni o risposte. Al check-in ci hanno chiesto 200 euro di caparra da pagare online e 56€ di tasse di soggiorno da pagare per forza in contanti quindi siamo dovuti andare a prelevare. Signore al check-in molto scortesi. Non prenoteremo più stanze con clapa-group.

I forkant prøvde jeg ved flere anledninger å få kontankt med hotellet, ingen resepons. Check in rutinen var veldig digitalisert, dette kan virkelig bli en utfordring for eldre. Beliggenheten i forhold til serverdigheter var bra, men bygget og plasseringen var ikke bra. Det var veldig skumle gater rett utfor døren, mange som stod å skrek, en annen ble slått ned. Rommene var helt ok, på det ene rommet klarte vi ikke å låse vinduet. Spurte resepsjonen om hjelp til å reservere en taxi til dagen etterpå til flyplass, men det kunne de ikke gjøre. Så all in all, greit nok.
