I enjoyed the location is near the promenade, very safe, walkable and with amazing dining options. My only concerned was the effectiveness of the elevator /lift specially when having large luggage. Other than that its a great place in a great location!!. Highly Recommended !

The room was absolutely lovely. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Great location. One recommendation, the entry space could use some attention, entering the building’s shared lobby space can use attention, for a better first impression. The hotel itself is very nice.

Det eneste vi havde problemer med, var at de skal huske at skrive eller fortælle at til at komme ind skal man trykke, nøgle, de 4 tal og afslutte med nøgle til den første døre. Leuk verblijf in Napels!

We verbleven 5 nachten in Napels. Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen in Chiaia, een levendige buurt aan het water met veel restaurants en café's op wandelafstand. Enige nadeel is dat er geen metrohalte in de buurt is. De kamer was groot en goed ingericht, enige minpuntje is het lawaai van de straat en e hardheid van het bed. Het ontbijt is niet veel soeps, maar al bij al wel lekker. De ontvangst en hulp die we kregen was zeer goed, iedereen was altijd vriendelijk, als je iets vroeg hielpen ze je met de glimlach. Het hotel is zeker een aanrader om te verblijven, prijs-kwaliteit een zeer goede keuze.
