Located in the heart of the centre of town on a busy area with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms are located on the top floor of an old building. The rooms themselves are immaculate and well kept. The only slight negative is that this floor is accessed by a small coin operated lift.

Being in Piazzetta Nilo made this hotel a great spot to stay. It placed everything me and my girlfriend wanted to see within walking distance (max 25 min walk). The main street is close by and there is plenty of shops and food in the surrounding neighborhood. To top it off the Veiled christ statue is only 1 block away!

28th February 2026 This accommodation is a true hidden gem right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Naples. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to fully experience and explore the city. Tucked away in a quiet courtyard, you take the lift up to the fourth floor and suddenly find yourself in a peaceful retreat — it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of such a vibrant city. Before we even arrived, the staff had already sent clear and helpful directions on how to find the property, which made everything so easy. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and throughout our stay the team were incredibly helpful, offering local advice and even sending us recommended points of interest to visit around Naples — a lovely personal touch. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated to a high standard, and spotlessly clean. Despite being right in the heart of Naples, it was impressively quiet, allowing us to relax after busy days of exploring. If you’re looking for the perfect base to discover Naples, this is it. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The couple at the front desk were wonderful and extremely helpful, and we were very impressed by them. The room was a good size, and the property itself was generally very good. The bed, however, was quite firm. On the downside, we had no reliable internet for the entire week. The signal was too weak, working for only a minute at a time before cutting out again, and this continued throughout our stay. To their credit, staff did try to fix the problem, but unfortunately without success. The other main issue was the lift. It costs €0.50 every time you use it, which became quite frustrating, especially first thing in the morning or when returning and realising you had no coins with you. On one occasion, even after inserting the coin, the lift still did not work. Apart from these two issues, the property is well situated. However, the internet problems and the lift charge would be enough to stop us from staying here again.

A good property, close to many of the tourist sites in the historic center. However, the elevator is a real pain. You need to have 50cents to use it during day times and parts of saturdays. It’s free after 9pm and on Sundays. Having coins on hand at all times is inconvenient. The elevator is also incredibly slow, so if it’s in use you will wait a long time. However the staff were very nice and overall it’s still a good property, if only they could replace the elevator with something more modern.

It is right in the center of the most important street for tourist life at Napoli. It is in a beautiful historical area of Napoli and also has lots of shops restaurants autistic things you could imagine and also the taxis are very close by. Yes the elevator you have to pay sometimes $.50 of euro, but they give you the money at the front desk so far will be using this hotel again because they treat us really well especially in Mateo and Martina. Thank you again for a great experience in Napoli.

I really enjoyed this place as the last stop on my trip through Italy. The room was very sharp looking and came with many extras that made my relaxing evening that more enjoyable. The tub was great to soak in while enjoying a bottle of wine and the room came with an ice machine to help chill your beverages. The rooftop was amazing with a great view to relax in the evenings and is available to use 24/7 so you can get up early to watch the sun rise as well. The rooftop hot tub was not functional yet I never realized there was one until I was up there so it didn’t matter to me. Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops in the area to enjoy. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Naples.
