Very difficult to find and quite an unusual set up with rooms in one corridor next to reception which means you can hear everyone coming in & going out- walls are thin. Area surrounding is fairly dirty but close to station, reception staff are friendly & helpful but only around at limited times. Bed is comfortable & shower is good.

The room was amazing!! The hot tub/jacuzzi was great, we didn't really use the sauna and breathing rooms however they looked nice. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was good the only minor issue was the shower didn't drain the best and you had to watch it wouldn't overflow. the location was also great with a bakery opposite and a shop next door, it was just down the street a 10 minute walk from the main train station, the bus stop from the airport and the metro. it was a 6 minute walk to the mount Vesuvius/ Pompeii pick up points. We had an amazing experience !!

I can’t believe Expedia recommended this room staff stayed behind locked doors and was very unfriendly not available

Check in is at 5pm, not 3pm as listed. Pillows were uncomfortable to lay on, I’m thankful I only slept here a night. Otherwise, my neck might’ve been worse off. Shower drain was semi clogged and did not drain efficiently.

Cuando llegamos no estaba la reserva. Se les había pasado y no la vieron. Entonces no estaba disponible la habitación que pagamos. nos dieron una de menor rango sin jacuzzi, bajo el mismo costo. El recepcionista no habla inglés y es muy difícil comunicarse. Los alrededores son muy sucios. No lo recomiendo.

À fuir !

Premièrement le quartier est très sale, et très bruyant. La chambre « royale » n’est pas une chambre, il s’agit du SPA de l’hôtel dans lequel ils ont simplement installé un lit, qui est très inconfortable, matelas à ressort sur lequel Il est difficile de passer une bonne nuit… Pour exemple, c’est la seule chambre qui dispose d’une porte vitrée tandis que les autres ont une porte en bois, et sur la clé il est écrit « spa ». La « chambre » est sale, tâches d’humidité/moisissures sur les murs. Absence de fenêtre, de tables et lampes de chevet ainsi que de prises à côté du lit. Pas de salle de bain uniquement des toilettes avec un miroir et un petit lavabo. Une douche au beau milieu de la chambre sans rideau ni parois. Obligation d’ouvrir le boîtier électrique pour couper certaines lumières ainsi que la ventilation très bruyante via le disjoncteur. Aucune insonorisation, de la rue comme du couloir de l’hôtel. On entend également tout les jacuzzis des autres chambres quand ils sont utilisés…bref rien de royal. Nous devions rester 3 nuits mais sommes partis des le lendemain. La réceptionniste nous a proposer de changer de chambre, mais voyant que les autres lits avaient l’air aussi médiocres nous avons préféré décliner. Seul point positif, la réceptionniste est très aimable et est la seule qui semblait embêtée de la situation. Toutefois personne ne nous a proposé de remboursement partiel de notre réservation, ni des taxes de séjour. C’est une honte d’appeler cela un hôtel.
