A 4-bed vacation apartment in Sant`Isidoro, a pretty seaside resort located along the coast of Nardò, just 4 km from Porto Cesareo.
The apartment is a few minutes` walk from the small beaches and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, TV and mosquito nets.
The garden with automatic gate is equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower and allows you to park your car inside. Pets allowed.

The vacation house is introduced by an automatic gate from which you enter the partly shaded courtyard.
Here,
in addition to the indoor parking space, there are table and chairs for
outdoor dining, rocking chair, sunbed, outdoor shower and barbecue for
grilling.
The entrance to the apartment is a furnished living room with open kitchen, dining room, single sofa bed and TV. From here there is access to 1 triple room, furnished with double + single bed, and 1 full shower room.
Air conditioning is located in the living room.
 
A net in the yard separates the property from another vacation home, and together they form the Sere d`Estate complex.

The vacation apartment in Sant`Isidoro is in a residential area, along the road leading to the beautiful beaches of Frascone, a stone`s throw from the place called "Lido dell`Ancora."
The
ancient 16th-century tower of Sant`Isidoro, its beautiful equipped
beach, as well as all the main services of the small marina of Nardò are
within walking distance.
Porto Cesareo is also very close: in fact, it is about 4 km away. Portoselvaggio Nature Park is only 7 km away, while the town of Nardò with its beautiful historic center is about 10 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- Outdoor is divided in two areas, just one of them is of pertinence.
