"The location and the facilities were definitely unique, being at the base of Mt. Fuji, Japan. We had breakfast one day and dinner another day. While dinner was great ( the grill), the Japanese breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Food was really little, there a slice of salmon that would not be enough for a sashimi, and no sausages as expected. Apart from the under par breakfast, everything else was definitely nice"

"This place was so awful! The whole site was like a ghost town! We were the only guests staying on the whole site, it was so eerie. Several of the pods were ripped and falling apart. Staff were not helpful, missing out telling us key information at check-in. Our pod was dirty, stains everywhere. The curtains were broken so we could not shut them properly at night meaning we did not have privacy. I had to tie the curtains together with my own hair accessories. "Sadly we only stayed there one night which wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. Would've stayed longer but it's WAY over priced. The jetted tub was nice. The coffee table and dining table were damaged. The mountain/forest area around it was very nice. It's really close to neighboring houses, not as secluded as the pictures would have you think. "

"Country inn style hotel with amazingly friendly staff The owner was so keen to help and really wanted you to have a good time Great view of Fuji Few restaurants near by and driving distance to the local attractions. Hotel is being renovated so some areas are newer than others but all very clean. Onsen was great particularly out door one."
