Очень внимательные сотрудники на ресепшене, отдыхали с маленьким ребёнком, предоставили номер с ванной, где мы купали нашу малышку и двуспальную кровать, на которой было удобно спать! В номере чисто и просторно. Большой телевизор и русские каналы)

This hotel is for the traveller who is looking for a decent place to stay, nice staff and ok food. Nothing extravagant, but also nothing lacking. The restaurand is above average. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, but clean an in order. Considering the price, this is a very good bargain.

До отеля от таможенного пункта 5 минут пешком. Рядом все достопримечательности и магазины. Приветливый ресепшн, хороший завтрак, чистый номер. Един.минус - звукоизоляция. При след.поездке - с удовольствием сюда же!

Bekvämt och rent hotell med stora rum för familjen

Hotellet som ligger centralt är bra för pengar man betalar. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten är bra men samma varje dag utan t.ex. bröd variation.

I spent there three nights. The hotel is in a good position to visit the centre of Narva. The room was big, and there was a big TV with russian, english, french, italian channels... The price was good too, but breakfast was not very rich and I had to pay 2€ for using the hairdryer.

Liked staying at the hotel. The personnel was friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The price was maybe a little too high for a family of five people.

Путешествовали с подругами втроем, забронировали номер с сауной, остались очень довольны.Площадь номера большая, свободно разместились три кровати.Отель расположен близко к центру,отель чистый, без излишеств, очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, из недостатков можно отметить только отсутствие холодильника.

Viesnīca atrodas ļoti skaistu vietu tuvumā. Ir auto stāvvieta. Numurā ērti, tīri, mazliet "Nobružātas" vannasistabas durvis, kas bojā kopskatu telpā. Vienīgi reģistratūras personāla attieksme, gan vakarā, gan no rīta, tāda, it kā mēs viņiem traucējam... Ceļotājiem iesaku izstaigāt gar upi, gan no augšas, gan lejas, gan cietoksni apskatīt.

Все бы хорошо,но минусы были.Кровать скрипела,у душевой кабинки дверца сломана,полотенце попалось постиранное,но в пятнах.Номер не был пропылесосен.
