LOCATION At this centrally located gem, attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Ryman Auditorium are all just about a mile away, and in-between is your pick of cafes, craft breweries, local bars and music venues. Enjoy the views from the expansive private rooftop terrace. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with fireplace and comfortable seating.

There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of an open floor plan living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room sofa folds out to a king size memory foam bed. There is a powder bath in the hall. The second level has three bedrooms including the large primary suite with king bed and large ensuite bath, second king bedroom with an attached jack and jill bath shared with the third bedroom with two king beds. The third level has a fourth bedroom with two queen beds and attached full bath, the bonus room, and the rooftop terrace! This sectional converts to a bed as well. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with fireplace and comfortable seating.

Guests have access to the entire house, two car garage, and rooftop.

Gorgeous home in a great location!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving with friends and family and had the most incredible time. The home is just as beautiful in person as in the photos, with lots of common places to hang out together. The beds in this home are super comfortable and the bathrooms are very spacious with lots of room to get ready. The location was great as we could walk to the local coffee shop and the grocery store was a quick 4 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be booking again our next time in Nashville.

Perfect birthday getaway

Music Row was the perfect place for our group of 12 adults celebrating a 40th birthday. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great, Laura was quick to respond with any questions, and we would definitely return! 💯 recommend.

Beautiful home-lots of steps!

Weekend getaway to Nashville with family. Great location and beautiful home. All bedrooms required steps, so must be able-bodied. Upper deck very nice relaxing spot!

Nice spot in Music Row

Initially we had thought we booked a bit closer to the downtown strip. However, once we arrived we loved the place, location and overall cleanliness and vibe of the rental. Can easily get anywhere in Nashville from this location. It’s a great spot for bachelor or or large groups. Would stay again next time in Nashville.

Weekend Outing

We had a weekend meet up for college friends. The property is amazing for large groups. It has great proximity to Vanderbilt and access to downtown. We really enjoyed the place. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Enjoyed the cornhole game up on the deck. We would rent it again for a visit to Nashville.

Incredible!

I walked in and the place is immaculate and breathtaking! This place is absolutely beautiful! Lots of space for large group to spread out with beds and bathrooms! Nice place to sit outside on the roof in a quiet, safe and very nice neighborhood close to downtown! Plenty of space for parking with two car garage! Utilized Uber to get around was very easy and convenient! Definitely stay again!!!

Great Place

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The home is large enough for bigger groups and doesn’t feel crowded at all. The roof top patio and fireplace is an incredible touch for an amazing place to hangout in the day or evenings. The owner Laura is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions you have. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Nashville as it’s perfectly set up and it’s cleanliness was great. When I’m back in Nashville I would be going back to this home.

Hands down the place you want to stay when visiting Nashville, TN!

This property will blow you away with how nice the property is! The pictures are great, but once you get there, you will treated to what I believe is one of the best properties available in the area. Not only is this property brand spanking new, but the layout of the property allows for multiple people/families to enjoy the property with room to spare! The rooftop deck/bedroom space is not only a perfect hangout location before heading out to Broadway street, but it's like a separate apartment space in and of itself. The location is perfectly located in the heart of the Vanderbilt area, close to a grocery store, local bars/restaurants, and a short 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride down to Broadway Street. We had a fantastic time here. Everything you need is available at the property, including a bean-bag game up on the rooftop deck! This will be the first property I look for the next time I am in Nashville!!

Turning 40

Was amazing place from the moment we walked in. I am a builder so I critique all the places I stay at because most short term rentals don't like to pay for quality craftsmanship. This place definitely took the cake. Beautiful comfortable home to stay at only minor issues were the fridge was not able to keep up the coolness so should add in the instructions to bring additional coolers to keep important stuff cool, And we had trouble getting the stove to work and to heat but eventually we got it. Only two minor complaints always everything was top-notch.

Concert

House was nice. If you are challenged when climbing stairs or have any disability with climbing stairs then this is not the house for you. Another note is that the beds are literally 3 inches off the floor and can be hard to get up and out. The AC on the first floor worked great but the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms where warmer and definitely needed to get cooler. The location is good but not really walkable to Broadway. Your gonna take a UBER or drive. The garage would not fit a full size SUV. We had to leave the garage door open this home is nice but is squeezed into the lot line. The trash was overrunning next to the house and should of been picked up, there was a broken bed frame on one of the king beds and maintenance came out the next day after lunch. We reported it at check in a day earlier. Understandable they had other more important issues and was tied up with a water leak. Over all communication was good and the house was clean and modern.

Graduation weekend family visit

What a great place! I can’t say enough about how perfect our accommodations were for this big week at Vandy. We had two grandparents over 80 and my 20’s something’s at the house. Everyone had their privacy and there were a number of areas we were able to be together. House was spic and span with amenities galore. So much so we were bummed we didn’t get a chance to use the deck with fireplace. Each floor has its own temperature thermostat which was great for the different preferences. There was so much space and we all felt like we won the lottery being there. Loved our proximity to everything important in Nash. Mostly, the manager was so accommodating and responsive that we were just grateful for the whole experience. Thank you again for a phenomenal stay at a perfect home in a special place.
