Other Things to Note:

- No windows in this suite due to the building’s historic design.

- Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.

- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Perfect location to experience all of the happenings on Broadway and easy access to Bridgestone Arena for the hockey game. Apartment was probably one of the nicest that we have stayed in using VRBO. Super quiet (despite being next to music establishments), well outfitted, and very comfortable. We encountered one issue with our checkin code but the host immediately remedied that. No problems in and out of the building and apartment after that. Parking was close by and while not cheap, was very convenient.

It was a perfect location for everything that we had planned. We stayed in a loft department on the first floor, very convenient. The apartment was nice, tidy and cleans The bed sheets did not fit properly on the bed but other than that, I would recommend this apartment.

Proximity to entertainment we had tickets for, such as Seahawks game at Nissan stadium , and hockey tickets at Bridgestone . Other nearby events allowed us to avoid using a rental car during our entire stay. Room was quiet , yet right on the strip . Slept 3 comfortably .

Wonderfully located, well equipped and comfortable room. No windows is a small negative but not a deal breaker. Bathroom needs a fan. Coffee station could be upgraded. These are small nitpicks just for owner's consideration. Overall, a great place. We will be back!

Loved how close it was to Broadway and the Ryman. Just walkout and ur just a couple steps away from the main strip! The living room/kitchen area was perfect to hangout for a little bit before heading out to the Ryman. We would definitely stay again!

Bring a blanket if someone needs to use the sleeper. Otherwise it was a great place to stay in the middle of all the action.

With the exception of the noisy air conditioner, the actual property was very good. Road was blocked and had to carry luggage to and from parking garage. You will not need a vehicle once parked, everything is within walking distance.

Sorry to report but overall we were disappointed with this unit. The biggest issue was that the unit had no windows. Additionally, the mattress in the bedroom was in poor condition with a big depression in it. The AC unit was not functioning well and made a repetitive noise that made it difficult to sleep. Someone did come quickly to try and fix it but was not successful. Great location- to walk to the stadium and Broadway.

Nashville get away

Me and my wife loved the unit. Great location and the room was awesome! Everything you need is there. Full kitchen etc. and again the location is so convenient. Very secure building and easy access. Management very nice and helpful with any questions. We would definitely rent again.

Very nice and secure.

There is a slight sound of the bands below and nearby that might cause you a problem if you are a light sleeper. You could use a soap dish or something to set shampoo, etc on in the shower. Someone before us must have taken the coffee cups.

Just perfect!

I couldn't have been more happy than I was at the riverfront lofts. The location was perfect for our family and for anyone planning on visiting Nashville.
