The hotel was beautiful and spacious. Our room was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the elevators and hallways were so hot. The air was clearly not working in those areas. It made it hard for the air in our room to keep up.

Room was surprisingly outdated. it was clean, but it did have a sewer or like old water type of smell in the hall and in our room. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again, too many other options in area for the price.

The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate my family, however the carpet in the hallway and in the room were filthy. We had to deal with ants and crickets. The hallway and elevators did not have the air on. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Stay

Everything was delightful about the hotel especially the staff only thing I would bring up is the rooms had a strange odor to them. I wouldn’t call it a bad odor just a interesting one that I didn’t care for. Very well located if you’re trying to get in the grand old Opry area I highly recommend you visit the grand old Opry hotel for its gardens.
