THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF SOME MINOR CONSTRUCTION NOISE IN THE NEARBY AREA. BROADWAY/DOWNTOWN IS ABOUT A MILE AWAY. PERFECT FOR WALKING IN THE DAYTIME, DONT RECOMMEND WALKING TO BROADWAY/DOWNTOWN AT NIGHT.

Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo and the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non-smoking condo. No parties.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and the amenities of the complex including the pool (April to October) fitness room and laundry room

There is a security deposit for the key that gives you access to the pool, laundry room and fitness facility. It the key is not left after departure the security deposit will be rendered.
