Designer Home In The Middle Of Music City!

This home is beautiful! Decorated and furnished by an interior designer, this home oozes Nashville charm and panache. It's nestled in the quite urban neighborhood Sylvan Park, a mile from downtown and countless hotspots. There are four bedrooms, two king beds - one in master with flat screen TV, one queen bed and two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms, a gorgeous dining area, a sitting room off the modern, upscale kitchen with a Keurig machine for coffee; including flat screen TV; an upstairs game room and den with board games, a game table (pool, air hockey, etc), card decks, big screen TV, DVD player complete with iconic movies. There's also a covered backyard patio, grill and dinning area. The house has been bought and designed for short-term rentals and has all the accouterments to offer guests a memorable Nashville stay and experience. Accommodates 8 people but we have two extra twin size air mattresses for a party of 10 people. $40 p/person charge after 8 people. If the house is open two weeks prior to your stay we will consider two

1-2 PERSON BOOKING
Weekday bookings for 2 people: we've decided to open this up to smaller groups of two during the week! A party of 1-2 will have full access to the downstairs - one bedroom w/queen size bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area (upstairs will be chained off) for $225 a night! This is comparable to hotel prices but a brand new home with all the amenities, and still minutes from downtown!!! $65 cleaning fee. Two night min M-Th.
