Our home is truly in the safest & greatest residential neighborhood in Nashville. It's a beautiful mix of historic homes & new builds. Only 1 block from Gallatin Rd, East Nashville’s major drag. You can walk just a few blocks in any direction & find food, coffee, grocery stores, bars, breweries, pharmacies, gas stations, etc.

You're also only a 10 minute walk to East Nashville's Five Points area, which serves as the hub of the East side. Here you will find Bongo Java East (got to grab a cup of joe to start your day!), Five Points Pizza (fantastic New York style pizza!), Dukes Bar, The 5 Spot (One of Nashville's premier music venues) There's also Hunter’s Station, a brand new food court, home to a variety of Nashville’s best local restaurants, Up/Down Game Bar, Edley's BBQ and Bar Taco.

Uber/Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, & you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can only park two small cars.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed inside our home, on the balconies, or within our community whatsoever. If it’s evident that you or a guest of your party have broken this rule, we will retain your entire security deposit to sanitize the premises.
- NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property.
-NO major parties. We have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 8).
- NO GLITTER & NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave our home in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The cleaning fee is to cover the expense of hiring our awesome cleaners to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, & up-keeping the house. It does not include them having to clean up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of the security deposit. We are reasonable people & will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Please respect our neighbors by REDUCING NOISE from 10pm-8am. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing.
-Guests must use provided handrails when using stairs.
- Only use our home for legal reasons. Any other use not limited to illegal drugs, abuse of any person etc, will be immediately vacated with no refund & the police will be involved.
- I or a person designated by me reserve has the right to enter the house during a tenant's stay at any point should I need to.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please try not to ask one day before or the day of arrival as we might not be able to honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes.
