East Nashville Ranch less than 10 minutes from downtown and the Grand Ole Opry

Our home has 2 separate bedrooms (1 with a private bath), 2 separate living areas (1 upstairs and 1 down) sofa sleeper downstairs, sectional couch upstairs, laundry room, a full kitchen with counter height bar, a covered front porch, back deck, and basement access to backyard porch covered by a trellis. The back yard is wooded so there are no neighbors to the rear. The newly added hot tub is wonderful for enjoying a soak with your significant other while enjoying the private back yard. We have a TV with youtube and other streaming services upstairs and down, and wireless internet throughout the home. We also provide a welcome basket that has different items for each trip and a starter amount of coffee, tea and fixings. No need to worry about towels, soaps, etc... as these items will always be available to our guests. Our East Nashville Ranch is a less than 10 minute uber/lyft trip or drive to both downtown Nashville as well as the Opryland areas. We sincerely hope you choose to book with us!

Great time in Nashville!!!

East Nashville Ranch provided an exceptional experience. Its prime location near downtown Nashville and its surrounding areas facilitated seamless access to various attractions. The house was ideally suited to accommodate my friends and me. Communication with the hosts was consistently smooth and responsive. Cannot recommend it enough as an option when visiting Nashville area!!

Perfect for our needs

We were in Nashville for a week for a softball tournament and this house was perfect. It was close enough to anywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything in the house worked as it should and made our stay worry free. We would stay here again if we travel back to Nashville

Perfect stay

It was the perfect sized house for me and my dad. We each had our own bathroom and there was a large couch for us both to sprawl out on while watching tv. My bed was comfortably firm. We enjoyed the view of the backyard and my dad liked that it didn’t feel like we were staying in the city. The hosts answered my questions quickly which was much appreciated.

Cute place, convenient location

I stayed with adult family on a trip to visit Nashville (2 couples and a single). The place was well equipped with everything we needed! The hosts were excellent with communication. Remote check-in was super easy. Accommodations were very comfortable. We were about a 10 min drive from downtown Nashville. Located close to the expressway, it was a quick and easy drive to everything! Definitely would recommend!

Second Time

Both times have been clean and host responsive. Hot tub is comfortable for 2. Deer andcardinals in the yard. Quiet neighborhood feels safe. $10 Uber ride to Broadway. Plenty of drivers available.

Nest in the trees

Property was on the older side, but was quiet and comfy. Backyard was the best with the woods beyond the yard, but the downstairs door was stuck closed so we had to go down outside on slippery deck stairs, and we were disappointed the hot tub was for 2 pleople only. Otherwise it was a good home away from home. PS: get a new broom! 😂

Great little house in the heart of Nashville

I stayed two nights at this home with my wife and two teenage kids. The house was perfect for us. It's in a great location, about 10 to 15 minute drive to both downtown Nashville (Broadway) and The Grand Ole Opry. We also loved the hot tub and the back yard, where we built a fire and made S'mores one night. The yard is very private with a large fence on both sides and beautiful woods in the back and they had a nice fire ring on the ground with benches. Finally, my son accidentally left some items in the basement and the owners have agreed to ship them back to us, which is very generous of them. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back the next time we're in Nashville!

The house is in a quiet, working class neighborhood. It is a little musty but clean. There is a nice washer and dryer on the bottom floor and the kitchen is nice and has everything you need. There are two bathrooms with plenty of towels and wash cloths and two bedrooms. The beds are squeaky and one of them was a little on the hard side. The television had a new cable hookup which wasn't working but the owner was nice and helped us with that. The decor is nice and everything is clean. The front and back yards are sloped and there is ivy on the trees and around the yard. There are some tables outside but they weren't cleaned off but we didn't need them. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Grand Ol' Opry. It is close to a few fast food restaurants, a Walgreens, and a Piggly Wiggly.

Quiet and convenient

We stayed at this property for a couple nights while my daughter competed in a dance competition. It was the perfect little home base. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to Opryland and downtown. The property was well stocked with coffee, TP, even shampoo and conditioner which I appreciated. No one wants to go to the grocery store their first morning of travel! We would stay again, thank you!

This is a lovely property close to downtown. The house was clean and as described in the listing. The hot tub was nice. There is definitely enough space so everyone didn't feel like they were on top of each other.

Closer than expected

Wish we had more time for the hot tub. What little time we allowed for it, it was supremly relaxing. Rained all weekend, so did not get to enjoy the backyard much, but the firefly-watching was an unexpectedly special treat, and watching the river not-flood was reassuring. Not surprised, tried to book another weekend, next year, and it's already reserved, because it provides such a superb value.
