The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, and the bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bath for added privacy. Step outside to relax on the outdoor seating, and enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry. You’ll also have dedicated garage parking for one vehicle, plus access to on-site community amenities including an outdoor pool and gym.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Dedicated garage parking for 1 vehicle. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional on-site parking beyond what’s described.

• Elevator: The building has an elevator maintained by building management. If it’s unavailable, stairs will be required.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet (dog) is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies and is not included in your booking total. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest • Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

• Community amenities: Pool and gym are part of the building’s shared facilities; hours and availability are managed by the building/HOA and may vary.

• Laundry: Private, in-unit laundry is available during your stay.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Major attractions are within minutes; Bridgestone Arena is a short drive, and rideshare is a convenient option for exploring Music Row and downtown.
