Welcome to your ultimate Nashville retreat! This 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse combines Music City’s energy with modern comfort. The living room showcases a unique celebrity mugshot wall, setting the stage for memorable moments. Head up to the rooftop patio to relax by the fire pit, enjoy cozy seating, and take in Nashville’s skyline under glowing string lights and neon signs. Just minutes from Nashville’s top attractions, live music, and great food, this stylish escape is your perfect home base.

The Space:
Stepping into this beautiful townhouse, the ground floor features the bunk room and a refurbished garage game room with a ping pong table and groovy LED lights!
Make your way upstairs to the fully stocked kitchen, living room, and bedroom with a queen bed and shared full bathroom.
Enjoy conversation with family and friends by the mugshot wall and dive into the past moments of famous celebrities!
A few more steps to the 3rd floor will present you with two more bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, along with a washer and dryer.
We invite you to make the journey all the way to the rooftop patio to enjoy the awesome vibes and breathtaking views of downtown Nashville.

Ground floor bedroom: 1 bunk bed (2 full size beds) with attached bathroom
2nd floor bedroom: 1 queen bed with attached bathroom
3rd floor bedroom: 1 king bed with attached bathroom
3rd floor bedroom: 1 king bed with attached bathroom
Three twin trundle mattresses are available as well.
The living room is on the second floor which offers a pullout couch and two chairs that convert to twin size beds.

Shopping - 20 to 30 minutes - Vanderbilt Square, Five Points Alley Shops
Museums - 15 to 20 minutes - Grand Ole Opry, Tennessee State Museum

Our property includes all of the essentials and needs to allow for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The items listed below are provided:

- Keurig / 10 Cup Coffee Maker (coffee provided to start you off!)

Parking at the property is scarce so please plan accordingly.
There are 7 spots out in front of the unit and these spots are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
We recommend utilizing a ride share service during the stay.
If needed, the garage can be available for parking. Please reach out about this!

Guests will enter through the front door of the townhouse.

Other Things to Note:
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same day move ins shall not be honored after 10am Arizona time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Please use pool and spa at your own risk as no lifeguard is present.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please do this outside. Smoking in the house can result in a charge up to $500.
- If Police Department is sent to the house, there will be a minimum charge of $500.
- Quiet hours are 11pm - 7am. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.
- Do not bring more than the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. Additional "visitors" must be approved by the host. Guest can incur a charge if not followed.

Great Nashville Townhouse

Just as advertised. Unit was clean and like new. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. There’s a nice view of downtown from the rooftop gathering area. It appears this area of the city is being revitalized with these new townhouse developments. Host communication was excellent and check-in/out was a breeze. Parking is the only challenge as the description accurately points out. Our party traveled in one vehicle so we were able to park in the garage. Multiple vehicles would present a challenge. We’d definitely stay here again.
