The Space:
From the high ceilings, wide halls and spacious bedrooms to the oversized open floor-plan, this home has it all. You will be impressed from the minute you walk in, and it doesn't end there! Every room is meticulously decorated with you in mind! The open floor-plan is great for entertaining and you will love all of the floor-to-ceiling windows, the oversized sectional couch and the 85" TV in the living area! You may not want to cook on your vacation, but if you do, the kitchen is a chef's dream! Featuring two ovens, Over-The-Range microwave and a huge kitchen island with ample seating. At night, sleep royally in plush bedding, featuring a master bedroom with King Bed, and others with king and queen beds.. Every room has a smart TV or ROKU as well as black out shades.

🎈 Decorations No glitter or confetti, please—they may seem like a sparkly dream, but they turn into a housekeeping scream! NO decorations on Wallpaper! Please remove all decorations before departure
🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.
🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.
🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!
🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!
⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price
🧳 We do NOT allow for LUGGAGE DROPS! There are several local luggage storage lockers (LuggageHero, Stow Station) in our area!

🧳Any stay of 3 weeks or more will incur an extra cleaning fee!
☝️Any requests to modify your reservation (not including cancellation) made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will incur a $100 change fee. This fee applies per change request and will be charged in addition to any price differences resulting from the modification.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home and yard. There are no shared spaces.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Nashville's German Town, known for it's amazing food scene and less than 3 miles to downtown. This Neighborhood is very well maintained and close to everything. The house sits on a corner and features a large fenced in back yard.
Getting Around:
Ample street parking is available at all times. Of course you always have UBER and LYFT!
Interaction with Guests:
You have the entire house to yourself! If you need us then please reach out - if not, we will not bother you!
