Just steps away from all of the famous records labels, historic recording studios and the bustling Midtown + Demonbruen St. (with all your favorite Nashville watering holes), you'll find yourself feeling like a Nashvillian in no time!

Assigned parking spot included. Incredible location walking distance to Music Row, Midtown, Vanderbilt, Demonbruen St. and so much more!

The Neighborhood:
No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown or Demonbruen St. where you'll find local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer’s Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around $5-7 one-way!
Our personal favorite Honky Tonks: Acme, Robert’s, Tootsies, and Paradise Park

Getting Around:
Uber or Lyft are the easiest forms of transportation to visit areas outside of walking distance!

It was a great long weekend. Small things, mostly bathroom related, need to be fixed, but the space was clean, comfy and conveniently located.
