Great location & lots of room.We had a group of 8 adults. Could have easily accommodated 10-12 people.Each bedroom has its own bathroom.Gorcey stores & liquor stores within 10min drive.About 10-ish min to Lower Boradway.Coffee shop about a block away.

I would give Alex and this property 5 stars if not for our 1st night snafu. We arrived in the evening to find the house not cleaned from the previous guests. Super disappointing but thankfully Alex was super responsive and worked out the issue by us staying in the house next door for the first night. It was a pain to have to move 8 people stuff early the next morning but glad to have a solution. The house is fantastic and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is garage parking for 2 cars which was nice. The rooftop patio is also great. It’s a short Uber ride downtown, but we also enjoyed close by East Nashville. Definitely recommend this house and would stay again!

Our family of eight had a great time at the Nash Nest! Loved the location and the short trip to downtown. You can even see the city skyline from the rooftop deck! The host Alex was great with communication.

Excellent Property

This property was terrific and just as described in the listing. Great location, close enough to enjoy all Broadway has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The rooftop deck is amazing. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again in the future.

Went on a girls trip to Nashville and stayed here. I can't say enough about how much we loved this townhouse -- the host has thought of everything you can possibly need to enjoy your stay, to include the selfie wall inside and the rooftop murals. Our stay was wonderful and the beds were sooo comfortable. Being able to use the garage to park the car was great as well. The host was extremely responsive to all of questions -- before our arrival and during our stay. This place is perfect and we will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future. I highly recommend this place (and this host) for your trip to Nashville!

My friends and I came down to celebrate my 50th Birthday! This house was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it! I highly recommend it! Alex was great to work with and responded to emails immediately! The photo opportunities were perfect! The guys weren’t as thrilled as us girls, but they were troopers. We are definitely coming beck because we didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop. It was very clean! Lots of space! Thank you Alex!

Awesome Stay

A group of 10 of us stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time! The place was just as described and shown in pictures! Being able to park in the garage and have driveway parking made the trip so convenient. It was also so easy to get Ubers to/from the house. The rooftop patio was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

Great for big groups!

We were here for a surprise party and the property was huge for our group with enough space to spread out. It was close enough to everything we needed and even had this handy van phone number to get everyone escorted around easily. Would recommend- we wish we could have used the roof more, but it rained the weekend we were there.

Had a great weekend celebrating Birthday's! The Nash Nest was perfect for our large group of 10. So nice that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Our host Alex was great to work with. Will be back!
