Welcome to a space that captures the rhythm of Nashville—where modern design meets Southern warmth. Tucked inside The Odyssey, this two-bedroom retreat offers both comfort and character, giving you the perfect home base for your Music City stay.
Wake up to sunlight streaming through your window, brew coffee in a sleek chef’s kitchen, and gather around the island before heading out to explore the city. After a day of music, food, and adventure, return to the calm of your living room, open the doors to your private balcony, and let the evening breeze carry in the hum of Nashville.
Both bedrooms are designed for rest and renewal—one with a plush king bed, the other with a queen—so everyone in your group has a quiet place to recharge. The living area makes space for connection, while the modern bathroom and in-unit washer/dryer keep things easy and effortless.
Step outside, and you’re minutes from Broadway’s neon glow, the quiet paths of Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, and the heart of Music Row. Whether you’ve come for the nightlife, the food, or the stories waiting to be discovered, this home places you right where Nashville comes alive.
Accommodation:
✶ Primary suite includes a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
✶ Second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, smart TV and vanity/workspace.
Building Amenities:
✶ Elevator Access: Easily access your unit with the building`s elevator, offering a step-free path from the garage to the unit. (The unit itself has no steps.)
✶ Parking Garage: Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
✶ Pool and Gym: Take a dip in the pool (The pool is open all year and is regularly serviced especially from May to October 31) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily or stay fit with the 24/7 gym.
Prime Location:
✶ West End is a well-established, peaceful neighborhood, only an 8-minute drive to the vibrant hustle and bustle of Broadway.
✶ Vanderbilt University and Medical Center is a short 5-minute drive away, providing convenience for students, visitors, parents, and professionals.
✶ Within walking distance, you can visit the iconic Parthenon, Centennial Park, and Taylor Swift`s bench; you can go to a Vanderbilt Basketball game, see live music and grab drinks at The Local, or enjoy lunch or dinner at Bricktop`s restaurant. Tito`s Mexican restaurant will open in Spring 2025 on the first floor of the Odyssey`s building.
✶ Enjoy delicious Mexican cuisine at Tito`s Mexican Restaurant, conveniently located on the street level. With a vibrant atmosphere and flavorful dishes, it`s the perfect spot to grab a bite during your stay. Also close to: - McCabe Golf course - Sylvan Park (bars, cafes, fine dining) - Midtown hospitals (we found that this is an idea spot for a convalescence) - Children`s Hospital - Belmont University, and the Belmont Mansion (5-minute drive) - Vanderbilt University (4-minute drive) - Nashville Ballet (5-minute drive) - Music Row (6-minute drive) Important Details:
✶ Check-in starts at 4 p.m.
✶ Check-out by 11 a.m. Door codes are deactivated shortly after checkout. Let us know beforehand if you will be arriving in Nashville before 4 p.m., as we might be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional fee, subject to availability.
✶ Smart Lock: the codes to the building and to the unit (2 separate codes) will be accessible in your guest portal the day prior to your arrival.
✶ Parking is located to the rear of the building (not on 31st Ave). Contact us if you have any issues finding it. We have added a Google Maps photo to this listing with specific instructions on how to access the garage.
✶ Building and community amenity spaces are available to all Odyssey guests. We as hosts have no control over them and their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, and/or availability. In the event that any of the building amenities become unavailable or have issues, we will inform the Odyssey of such but assume no responsibility for these spaces.
✶ Potential noise can be heard during the day from a construction site next to the building. This unit is located on the opposite side of the site. You should not hear noise from this condo, but you can hear it from the pool area.
✶ The pool is open year-round from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty.
✶ This unit is NOT pet-friendly.
✶ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors` availability.
✶ Available Hosts: we are local and always available for our guests. During office hours, the local hosting team will be happy to help. After hours, our guest services team will answer emergencies.

- A guest portal link will be sent to guests after booking. Guests must refer to their guest portal for available upsells, listing descriptions and access, and policies.
- Building does not allow pets
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Parking is available in the garage, free of charge. Additional free street parking is available in the neighborhood
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- For guest`s safety, there might be cameras on the premises. No undisclosed cameras or recording devices are inside the property.
