New primary shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the “Lazy C”. The home was roomy, clean, comfortable and cozy, well equipped with everything we wanted/needed, and well situated just minutes from downtown Franklin. The neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet, beautiful, and very family-friendly. Our youngest who is only 8 loved playing outside in the backyard.

This VRBO was very nice, accurate description, and the host provided us with snacks, drinks, plush towels and comfy beds.She even had half and half for our coffee!Rooms are large, kitchen complete with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. We just loved our stay in this home. Instantly felt comfortable and relaxed by the beautifully decorated and roomy home. The kitchen had everything we needed and mini moon pies! This house was wonderful! It was clean. It was nicely updated. The rooms were very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked and lots of added perks left for us to use (how did they know I love diet Dr Pepper?!) They only thing we wished for (because it was hot outside) ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thanks lazy-C for making our Nashville vacation just what we needed!

We had a great experience at Joyce’s property. Everything was very clean when we got there, the kitchen was fully stocked and even had nice little extras like coffee and sodas in the fridge.
