Place looks like the pictures, great neighborhood, easy access to East Nashville, downtown and anywhere else. We would definitely stay again. Jen is super responsive.

Good location

Was in a good location close to downtown easy to get to where you wanted to go. Could have used some ceiling fans for air circulation and instead of a futon in the living room needed to be a couch so you had somewhere comfortable to sit. The parking situation is kind of tight for large SUVs or trucks.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were in town for some appointments at Vandy hospital and needed a place to feel comfortable. Not a hotel. They had everything we needed from convenience of location, to everything we needed to cook our own meals in house and was so incredibly comfortable. Worked well for us

Location was good for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Only negative was the trundle bed that was to be used as a sofa. Terribly uncomfortable as a sofa. Super deep. A sleeper sofa would have been much better.

It was okay

The place is not bad. The first property I ever stayed where there was no television in either of the bedrooms. Just one in the common area with 4 adults. The bathroom was not in the masters suite but was in the room with the two full. beds. Felt like that was backwards. The lights in the bathroom were dim to dark. The location is great and it was clean enough.
