This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay:

Other things to note
Street parking is available along Shelby Avenue and is typically easy to find.
Please note that the bedroom is open to the living area and does not have a door separating the spaces.
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
