Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room. The staff was helpful in switching, which we did the following day.
The new room was better, but still had problems. The bathrooms in both were just dirty. The corners of the bathrooms and the grout/caulking were gross.
The balconies...oh boy, it was hard to even go out. You'd step outside and the bottoms of your feet were instantly black. I'm not sure theyve ever cleaned the floor or chairs out there. This was a two room sample size of these issues. Our dryer in the room barely worked.
The casino, bars, pools, beach were all very nice. The restaurants were good too, though very expensive. It feels like they are trying to be an upscale resort, but don't have the basics down. Cleanliness and service should be number 1, but they arent. At half the price, we would probably go back, but never again for what it is now.
