Located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in northwestern New Providence, Brownstone at Marlin Drive features six luxurious guesthouses. These delightfully designed cottages are nestled in a secluded residential community that’s less than two miles from some of Nassau’s best beaches and just a 10 minute drive from the bustling Downtown district.

Our air-conditioned guesthouses are anything but basic. With more than just the average amenities each fully furnished guesthouse includes: a kitchen, cable television, full bath and everything needed to meet your “home away from home” needs. The views are stunning, the location is perfect and all that’s missing is you.
