This properly need a lot of work. The ceiling was leaking water. I saw a huge rat. The food that they serve has no taste. The bed was hard as rock. It was not what I expected when I booked this hotel the pictures look so nice but when I got there, it look like a rundown motel.

The room was outdated and crude. Barely hot shower, no complementary bottle water offered in the room. Staff was indifferent. The included breakfast was the worst I ever had, ended up having two slices of toast and a cup of juice.
