"We were somewhat disappointed by the number of dogs at this hotel. Seemed like every other guest we ran into had a dog and my wife is allergic and the hotel definitely had a dog odor to it. Will definitely be something we reconsider on our next trip. Definitely need to find a hotel that’s less dog friendly unfortunately. "

"I believe this property of the Residence Inn normally has great service. But during my stay, upon arrival I had to give my personal card info to the host as their computer system was down. Next the water went out and I couldn’t wash dishes in my suite as it wouldn’t drain. The laundry room was down (the washers). Trying to relax after being on the road for awhile, my needs were not meet as far as the standards of this hotel. I probably won’t be back"

"The property was nice and in a good location. However, if you need a firm mattress like I do, then it’s not the place for you. I ended up trying to sleep on the chair because the mattress was so soft it caused extreme back pain. "

"Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All night long stomping on the floor, banging, and bumbling around. It sounded like a herd of people running up, and down the steps. Then, all the fowl talking, and arguing! This occurred all throughout the night. The kitchen was fully organized, and had everything needed at your fingertips. The restrooms were fully stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, and body wash to shower with. The towels, and bed linens fell a little short. Only 1 bed set per room. It was a wash, and use situation. There was 4 towels, and 4 was cloths. Witch was alright. Overall, the stay itself was alright. The area is very peaceful! The problems occurred due to other residents who live there. Sara herself is an excellent host, with an exceptionally clean unit. "
