"Kitchenette room was great, room had places to sit beside the bed, lobby was nice and welcoming. Gym space was great. Laundry room was a bonus. Good location, centrally located to Delaware beaches and towns. Next time will request a room far from the elevator, only noise we heard throughout the night."

"This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured and was a great place for our family to stay. The main bedroom was large with a comfy bed and good sized bathroom and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds for our teens, and a clean bathroom between their rooms. The main room had really comfortable furniture with a large TV, a few games, and footstools under the coffee table that were a nice surprise. The 3 season porch was a favorite as we played games or read a book and enjoyed looking over the pond. The condo complex was quiet and a nice place to be able to go for a run. The beach being less than 10 minutes away was perfect as we were away from the busiest parts of Rehobeth Beach but within a quick drive. Bohdan was very helpful and communicative. He responded very quickly with any questions I had, including telling us the best beaches for sunrise and sunset. :) He also had a binder with local information and beach chairs and some toys available to take to the beach. He also responded quickly when we found out that the blender was broken and brought us a new one the next day! We were extremely happy with our stay and were sad when we had to leave!"

"Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All night long stomping on the floor, banging, and bumbling around. It sounded like a herd of people running up, and down the steps. Then, all the fowl talking, and arguing! This occurred all throughout the night. The kitchen was fully organized, and had everything needed at your fingertips. The restrooms were fully stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, and body wash to shower with. The towels, and bed linens fell a little short. Only 1 bed set per room. It was a wash, and use situation. There was 4 towels, and 4 was cloths. Witch was alright. Overall, the stay itself was alright. The area is very peaceful! The problems occurred due to other residents who live there. Sara herself is an excellent host, with an exceptionally clean unit. "
