The beach and the pool were nice although the pool water was not clean. The property is just average. The rooms are really outdated. It was reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience.

Hotel de frente pro mar, ótima vista, quarto com cama confortável, primeiro hotel que vou e consigo dormir bem 😅. Porém a tarde e noite venda bastante, e a piscina não é aquecida, sempre muito gelada a água, então fica um pouco ruim de aproveitar a piscina. Também não tem elevador, e fiquei no andar de cima, mas não me atrapalhou em nada. Não tomei banho no mar, pois é um pouco violenta as ondas. 😬 Os preços dos pratos são altíssimo (pro meu bolso), então não consumi nada no local.

Quarto limpo, demora pro checkinn e fila , chefe da recepção de reservas pouco simpatico, academia uma vergonha(so tem uma esteira e uma bike velha), não tem segurança no acesso a praia( entra e sai qualquer pessoa), apesar de eu ter informado que tinha feito 7horas de viagem de carro e queria um quarto silencioso, me colocaram num quarto de frente pra piscina infantil e o “chefe” da hospedagem se recusou a me trocar de quarto mesmo apos um atendente ter me dito q teria disponibilidade para trocar.pedi um cobertor que nao foi entregue, restaurante pequeno e cheio, fila pra se servir.apenas a vista do quarto não deixa a desejar.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tudo limpo, confortável,funcionários muito educados e simpáticos, achei o lugar bem aconchegante. A única sugestão que eu dou, é apenas para que os administradores façam uma manutenção nas estruturas do hotel, pois é bem antiga, fora isso foi tudo perfeito.

O hotel tem excelente localização, muito boa hospitalidade dos funcionários e culinária de fabricação na cozinha do hotel, como bolos e tapiocas. As piscinas e área de lazer tem uma boa estrutura. Contudo, a arquitetura do hotel é antiga com problemas decorrentes deste fato. No geral, as acomodações atenderam as expectativas.

Super atenciosos

A equipe é extremamente atenciosa. Nova reserva foi de apenas um dia e pedimos uma decoração para o aniversário de casamento e não mediram esforços, além da decoração, fizeram um bolo lindo e super gostoso, deixaram a temperatura do quarto excelente para a ocasião. Café da manhã com tapioca deliciosa, todos os funcionários atenciosos. Tenho apenas três observações: quartos sem isolamento acústico do corredor, falta som ambiente por toda área de lazer e obras em pleno feriado com bastante barulho.

Reclamação sobre atraso no check-in

Reclamação sobre atraso no check-in e falta de cordialidade dos atendentes Comprei três diárias com entrada no dia 17/04/2025 às 14h e saída no dia 20/04/2025 às 12h. Cheguei ao hotel antes do horário do check-in e, ao fazer o procedimento na recepção, fui informado de que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Tivemos que aguardar até às 15h15 para finalmente acessar o quarto, ou seja, mais de uma hora após o horário previsto. Diante disso, perguntei ao atendente se, considerando o atraso na entrega do quarto, haveria tolerância no horário de saída. A resposta foi afirmativa, porém dada com bastante arrogância e má vontade. No entanto, no dia da saída, exatamente às 12h15, recebi uma ligação do hotel solicitando a desocupação imediata do quarto, sob a justificativa de que não havia qualquer tolerância prevista, independentemente do atraso na entrada. Expliquei que o atraso não foi causado por mim, mas sim pelo próprio hotel, e ainda assim fui tratado de forma ríspida, o que causou grande constrangimento para mim e minha família. Deixo aqui registrada minha insatisfação com a falta de organização, descaso com o cliente e o comportamento dos atendentes. Esperava mais respeito e profissionalismo, especialmente em um momento de lazer e descanso com minha família.
