A estadia foi boa. Porém deve ser pontuado que o quarto do hotel em que fiquei está bem antigo e precisando de uma reforma. Não tinha tomada na cabeceira da cama. A praia é bonita, porém, perigosa para banho. Os funcionários foram muito educados.

Hotel antigo sem manutenção! Luminarias quebradas, tudo muito velho. Café da manha supersimples. Ar condicionado pingando e mesmo após fazer reclamação a equope de manutenção o problema persistiu. Não recomendo este hotwl. Longe de ser um resort.

Estive hospedado no bangalôs e o deck da hidromassagem estava muito precário, com tábuas soltas, pregos aparentes correndo perigo de ferir o pé, o restante das acomodações estavam em conduções.

Fui com meu marido e filho de 10 anos. O atendimento é muito bom, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Pegamos meia pensão (café e jantar) e a comida estava bem saborosa todos os dias, gostamos do tempero. O quarto é espaçoso, achei a cama confortável e a ducha era ótima do chuveiro. O hotel em si é antigo e precisa de modernização. Tudo é mais antigo e nem tudo está bem preservado. Toalhas muito antigas, sofás, etc. Escolhi ficar nele pelo campo de futebol para o meu filho. Eles emprestam bolas de futebol, vôlei e sinuca. Equipe está de parabéns pelo atendimento, que foi o diferencial pra mim.

O atendimentos dos funcionários é muito bom! Mas o hotel visivelmente é antigo e sem manutenção estrutural. Desde os lençóis até às portas, cutinas, parede, decoração, piscinas, tudo é antigo e sem reforma. Uma pena. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar para um hotel 4 estrelas.

Superou minhas expectativas! A comida é saborosa, porém há poucas opções. No modelo all inclusive, é possível pedir petiscos, lanches, pizzas e tapiocas diretamente na lanchonete da piscina, garantindo que estejam sempre frescos e deliciosos. O resort realmente precisa de algumas melhorias, talvez uma renovação nos quartos e piscinas, mas não fica atrás de outros resorts da mesma categoria. Os colchões deixam a desejar—são muito macios, parecendo um amontoado de roupas. No entanto, isso não comprometeu nossa experiência, e os funcionários são excepcionais.

Pra quem bebe muita água é bom levar a sua ... Não tem água nos corredores ( não sei se é obrigação do hotel) um copinho de água custa o valor de 7,00. No quarto que fiquei tem poucas tomadas... Não encontrei tomada próxima a cama e as únicas que encontrei foram por trás da TV e na parede do banheiro. Tirando essas coisas a hospedagem é ótima... Um hotel lindo e um atendimento muito bom dia funcionários.
