Staff extremely courteous, excellent breakfast, strong ac, spacious, and very clean. Not giving 5 stars because we didn’t have smart tv and bed could have been a little more comfortable. Also no hotel laundry service, iron or ironing board.

This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

O hotel tem boa localização, mas tem alguns pontos a melhorar. Na recepção nos atenderam muito bem e o pessoal da limpeza também. Os quartos tinham alguns problemas como porta do banheiro não trancar, o trinco da sacada quebrado, etc. São dois hotéis diferentes e com caraterísticas diferentes e isso deveria ser melhor especificado na reserva, você deveria ter certeza do que está reservando. O café da manhã nem sempre comporta todo mundo, havendo fila de espera em alguns momentos, lá também achei o atendimento ruim, em um momento que informamos que o café havia acabado, foram até um pouco grosseiros. São pequenas coisas que poderiam transformar o hotel em quase perfeito.

Bom custo benefício. Algumas sugestões: hotel precisa de uma pequena reforma, apesar de novo, já apresenta alguns desgastes. Café de manhã iniciava muito tarde (7:00), e todo dia formava fila. Espaço para o café muito pequeno para comportar as duas torres do hotel.

As áreas comuns do hotel como piscina, restaurante, bar da piscina e café da manhã são muito boas. O café da manhã tem variedade e ambas as piscinas são super gostosas. Porém o quarto é extremamente sujo a ponto de ter crostas de sujeiras nos buraquinhos do chuveiro, no rejunte do piso da parede do banheiro tem MUITA crosta de sujeira, no registro para ligar o chuveiro, no pé do box, no botão da descarga, enfim…. A ponto de dar nojo de pensar no quanto de sujeira tem ali.
