This was by far the single worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. The gave me a dirty room and told me they were full, everything smelled, nothing like the pictures on the website.

Insatisfação.

Check in ridiculamente tarde às 15h e checkout 12h, totalmente sem nexo. E pra piorar, pasmem vocês: quase 50 minutos pra conseguir fazer check in. O hotel só tem dois recepcionistas e que por sinal são lentos e sempre estão de cara feia, como se os hóspedes tivessem culpa de algum desconforto deles. Deveriam investir melhor no seu pessoal, aumentar os recepcionistas e rever esses horários de entrada e saída, chega a ser desonesto com o cliente, a ideia de diária não se aplica. Eu fui muito fã desse hotel durante muito tempo, mas, o mesmo não tem evoluído nem nas instalações, quanto menos na qualidade de atendimento.

Péssimo, Velho e sujo

Hotel velho, banheiro decadente e com aparência de sujo. A cama e os travesseiros são velhos e desconfortáveis. Quarto sujo, Nossa cama estava cheia de areia, provavelmente nem trocaram os lençóis, um nojo. Chegamos às 3 da manhã e Ficamos só algumas horas pra irmos para nosso destino.
